Do you really follow the game? It's not that hard. Dear lord.

The BMDs were also responsible for Tom Herman. And Franklin was a much better hire at the time than Tom. We all know who they have picked in the last 30 years. Save Charlie but a clusterfuck of stuff happened there including picking that fraud of an AD. And they kinda have some fingerprints on that too. It’s widely written about and known state wide the influence they wield and while I appreciate their support and all they do to get players I think they don’t know what the fuck they are doing picking HCs until they prove otherwise. Particularly since the Mack and Sally days

It was Dykes, that TCU connection don't you know.

So, Chiles did start! Er, star!

Motherfucking fuck Dan Lanning.

Aggy is not only better but way better. Not sure any of our WRs start for them. Their defense is going to demolish Arch.

Refreshing today in this thread that there wasn't the nornal onslaught of clowns who draw upon the "oh shit, the refs fucked us, again" pillar to justify a Texas loss. Blaming officiating is and has been a beating and is pathetic. You make plays to win. Or you don't. There's idiotic face painters who will never get that and you can ID yourself on this board. Big picture, Sarkisian has a lot of holes right now - a QB who is mediocre, no RBs, an offensive line that is soft as shit and a defense, while talented, that isn't well coached. Today you saw one team that was hell bent on winning. There was another that showed up expecting to do so. Connect the dots. Texas doesn't play with any sort of urgency or chip on its shoulder and that shIt wreaks of a team still enamored with press clippings and full of entitlement. Your end result is likely a 5 or 6 loss team. I like Sarkisian but he is drawing $11MM / year. The product he's producing right now is bad.

Do whatever it takes to hire Lanning. Yes, Oregon has some tremendous advantages that come along with Nike/Knight, but they also have inherent disadvantages given Oregon is a low blue-chip recruiting producing state, Eugene is in the middle of nowhere, and no one OOS really wants to go live/work in Oregon after their football career is over. Lanning needs to be the next hire.

If he had, Sark would be guilty of attempted murder.

He was far from the biggest issue today. But that doesn't mean he's not a liability right now. He's not seeing the middle of the field very well. Like ever, really. And he misses tons of layups. He's currently a drive killer with the inability to hit easy checkdowns. He can't hit intermediate passes unless he's platformed perfectly. He can't find his feet. There are probably 100 qb's in college right now that might not be as physically imposing as him but would be much more functional in this offense. He flashes an excellent ball 3 or 4 times a game but it's mostly astonishingly terrible otherwise. A dogshit offensive line just makes it worse. The only above average game he's had this year was against a high school team from Huntsville.
-
He almost never runs the play as designed, and it exacerbates the holding issue
-
Pretty sure it was Dykes.

Baldwin was awful in glengary glenross. Rick moranis was supposed to get that role

Man Japanese Breakfast put on a killer set this evening. They were on point having been on tour behind the latest album for a while. A shame it was way under attended as folks were staking claims for Strokes and Sabrina Carpenter. Saw the full Strokes set and the last 30 minutes of Sabrina Carpenter. They were both exactly what I had anticipated with no surprises. Talk about two wildly different approaches to state production though. Crazy. Saw at least all or part of: Ocean alley Modest mouse La Lom Latin Mafia Magdalena Bay Doechii The Doechii-Japanese Breakfast-Strokes run was the best of the day.

I’m generally one who sees the value in SNL and want it to continue. But, tonight is just terrible so far.
