  1. You are making a worthless point. No one gives a shit that you didn’t like the hire. And it’s only a few games into his tenure, certainly too early to declare him a failure. So if you are looking for some award for guessing that he won’t be successful in the future, no one gives a shit about that either. Your posts on the topic are a waste of everyone’s time. Produce better content or STFU.
  2. Don’t like the rumor of Lincoln to Aggie. While he’s proven to be an idiot on defense, he would get the best QB’s and skills players, and if he lucked into a decent DC, that could be a problem.
  3. What a moron. He compares Texas vs Tech to classic sports rivalries when Tech is just an afterthought for Texas.
  4. Probably, but it will be interesting if Bama beats Georgia and FSU is undefeated because at that point the committee might look at Texas beating Bama, FSU’s weak schedule, and injured QB. That might be enough for a Texas to slip past an undefeated FSU. Unlikely but possible.
  5. As I said earlier, there are several sportswriters saying one loss Texas should go over undefeated FSU because of SOS, injured QB, and win over Bama. Highly unlikely but still a tiny possibility.
  6. Agree. Colt had a better freshman year but colt also had a sophomore slump.
  7. I don’t agree with others at all that believe a one loss Georgia gets in over a Texas. No way. Texas beat Bama who beat Georgia. Plus one of the most important committee factors is winning your conference. No way.
  8. I’ve seen quite a few sports announcers argue that in the scenario where three of the four playoff locks are: 1. Michigan/OSU 2. Washington/Oregon 3. Alabama That Texas could get the nod over an undefeated FSU because of strength of schedule and beating Bama. I originally didn’t buy that, but I guess it’s possible. Especially since they lost their QB.
  9. The invention of the internet is not good for an Aggie. It cements their thoughts in writing for an eternity. The jealousy, the distorted views of reality, the incorrect interpretation of facts, the obsession. It’s so cringeworthy I can hardly read it. I can’t believe that there are people out there walking the earth this dumb.
  10. There were a few plays where they marked ISU 1-2 yards further than they made, and Texas 1-2 yard short. I wish someone would make a video of that bs.
  11. There are penalties on every play. Most are ticky tacky. That guy was not going to make that play and it was an ticky tacky foul. Suspicious calling of ticky tacky fouls.
  12. Holy shit 30 seconds ago I turned to my wife and said the exact same thing you just said.
  13. Can you please have a positive attitude tonight for at least a few plays? Mmm k. Thanks.
  14. 55 is a magical age. If you haven’t reached 55 yet, for many men it is an age where you slow down, stop caring as much, and look to cash in as much as possible financially. I had no idea Traylor was that old. Not saying every man is that way because obviously there are many many examples that go against the rule, especially in coaching. But, a lot of these guys, even the coaches, are not burning the midnight oil like their younger peers.
  15. Aggie hiring process starting to sound a lot like a Steve Patterson special. Just need Condi Rice and Korn Ferry.
  16. What is the story with Barstool Sport and this guest speaker? He referenced pole assassin.
  17. Looch is such a moron. That article was horseshit. Pure fiction. Watching this process, is it really possible that they didn’t have their coach lined up before firing Jimbo? If so, the next few weeks could be epic. Could they possibly eff it up even more than usual?
  18. A high deductible plan encourages people to think hard before they spend on healthcare, keeping claims down.
  19. Shame on every one of us. I watched him do this stupid shit at Houston and thought it was a massive red flag. I should have protested his hiring from day 1 because of just this. No competent person on the planet would be so fake as to do that.
  20. And the following year, when Herman was fired, a bunch of people in early October were fretting that he might be retained again, but the decision had already been made to get rid of him, regardless of how the Meyer saga played out. It was funny watching people in December get all worked up about the fact his firing hadn’t been announced yet.
