Might have been mentioned already, but the people who spout “fuck the NFL, watched when I was a kid but haven’t watched in years” are missing out on some great fucking football. Way fucking better tha

The LG seems mildly regarded

This should kill the Herbert + Harbaugh hype for forever. But probably not.

I can’t believe the Herbert hype came back after he threw four fucking picks in a playoff game last year.

Whatever Herbert bought for his oline , he needs to get a refund

seriously the entire organization should be embarrassed

Just now, Vic Mackey said:

How long are people going to pretend Herbert is a good QB?

Didn't you see the meme further up the page? It's all the offensive lines fault,or the coaching, or the lack of a running game...for the sixth straight year.

I think it's a good thing the Chargers lost, because Herbert needs to spend some time healing up after that game.

also because i fucking hate the chargers. f dean spanos

Man the playoffs have been exciting. I got the Steelers beating Houston tomorrow (Im not a Texans or Cowboys fan).

Who yall got?

Most advanced QB stats show that Herbert was about the 10th-15th best QB in the league and that Maye was top 5. Herbert was 8-12 last year, between 5-10 in 2023, and 10-12 in 2022. They lost in the playoffs this year to NE, last year to Houston, missed the playoffs in 2023 (Herbert ended the season injured), and lost to the Jaguars in 2022 (Chargers were up by 27 at one point). All in all, he's an above average QB. Not sure if it qualifies as good, but it is certainly not asswater. Can get you to the playoffs and that is about it. That said, the GM should be ashamed to compiling that list of WRs to support Herbert. It's a bunch of spares and 33 year old Keenan Allen. For $50mm, though, you want to see the promise of a playoff win at some point.

This year, ESPN's power rankings have NE at #2 and Chargers at #11 and Vegas has NE at -3.5 (likely because of experience and weak schedule). This should have been a NE win, but I agree that the Chargers looked uncompetitive.

1 stinker out of 5 so far, hopefully tomorrow night's game will be more better. Stillers and Texans are going to beat the shit out of each other.
