Have these conspiracy theories checked the publicly available campaign finance records to see if these fully volunteer school board members received campaign donations from developers that would benefit from these closures? I’m guessing not
-
Will it be 3 weeks in a row of mcafee taking his shirt off? Thought the game was starting last week and flip the channel over to see a shirtless mcafee standing on the table.

Eze and Cap? Channeling Arsène with this XI, handbrake fully off.

We have a mentally fragile QB in a SEC road game in a difficult environment against a team with some real talent and a very desperate coach. Getting the W today, however it might happen, is more than enough.

I would go with a restaurant 10 out of 10 times. The food will be fresher and I think it will be a little more “real world” for your protocol goals.

One option for them what can afford it is to either go straight home school/independent study or have a group of neighbors use their money to fund a teacher for a community home school experience. Not sure how the numbers would work out but 5-10 kids with pooled resources to pay a certified teacher. With sports being more and more dominated by travel ball, there’s always that avenue for continued athletic participation. Rigor can be determined by the parents. it’s an additional option, if some don’t like their public or private school options.

That’s too many players on the field at one time. -
I'm holding out for a dead-guy concert with a cross-cut of Americana ranging across Stevie Ray Vaughan, Waylon Jennings, Prince, and Keith Richards.

Weird to see my alma mater struggle with a panhandle team, but Abilene had to rally from 21-0 in Q2 to win 24-21. Occasionally a Morton led Monterrey would put up a fight with that stupid wing-T, but I don’t recall ever letting an Amarillo or Lbk school stay in it past midway through the second quarter of any game. Quality of football in the bigger classifications anywhere west of 35-W seems to have taken a nosedive in the last decade.

I see we're playing West Ham -- who have racked up a total of 4 points -- today. Sweatergawd, if I check my phone today and we're down 1-0 after fifteen minutes I'll be the guy screaming cuss words in line at Sherwin Williams.

It's way too early to be worrying about final placement. Just keep winning and doing the job. -

Much needed 3. Guess we have to cheer for Chelsea

Honestly, we probably beat Ohio State if not for the penalties.

Oh it's gonna get reformed... Just not in the way you or I likely want.

I wouldn't go so far to say months. But I to have seen this. iOS 26, Chrome. I see it more when I leave a page with a tweet open and close the app.

SIAP and a disclaimer: this is a couple of months old but I liked the guy's speech.

Per AISD's Student Forecast Report for 2024-25, the percentage of students enrolled who live within the school boundaries: Bryker Woods: 67% Casis: 62% Mathews: 44% So sure, there are many transfers at Bryker Woods, but not at the clip represented above. But here's the game AISD played: For purposes of school closures, they calculated capacity without the portables. So that penalizes a school with a healthy enrollment. If portables are such a bad thing, then remove them and close the school to transfers. The rubric was clearly designed to justify a predetermined outcome. Oh, but the building is falling apart. Okay, then why earmark $6.2M from the 2022 bond package for capital improvements to the school? They still have the billboard planted in front of the school outlining what the money is for. Was it to bait the neighborhood to support it -- which it did by over 84%? AISD just eroded all support for future bond packages from a high voter turnout neighborhood. Great strategy. And adding insult to injury, the Bryker Woods kids are getting shipped through Pemberton down to Mathews because Lynn Boswell cut a deal with the Pemberton moms who successfully lobbied to stay zoned to Casis.
