yeah, this is 100% wrong. he’s never been a part of joe rogan’s circle, he just got his big break when he went on rogan’s podcast. after his big break he kept getting invited back, and so of course he kept appearing, because he’d be a moron not to, but ever since he blew up the dynamic has always been that the joe rogan circle wants shane around a lot, but he’s not a part of their crew. never has been. and ever since he truly blew up you’ve not only seen him with that crowd less and less (i don’t remember the last time he was on JRE), he actually goes after that crew and the way they behave, as mentioned in my previous post. it wasn’t shane gillis’s choice to get famous by going on joe rogan’s podcast, and unlike ari shaffir, brendan schaub, tony hinchcliffe, and the other half dozen unfunny comics who have at least tried to attach themselves to joe rogan’s hip, shane has never leaned on or needed joe or his comedy club or his circle of douchebag friends for validation or popularity. he just happened to get famous on JRE, and he’s been doing his own thing ever since.

Charlie Kirk assassinated at an event in Utah (by a 22 YO groyper)

This being Democrats we're talking about, they probably couldn't whip enough votes in their own caucus to change Senate rules to get rid of the filibuster and pass said legislation. -

nah, he really doesn’t. if you watch his specials it’s not hard to read between the lines and see which side he leans towards, and if you catch any of his podcast, even clips on twitter or youtube, it’s blatantly obvious where he stands. again, when the right canceled bud light he kept drinking it so publicly that he became bud light’s spokesperson. when he does his stand up, he doesn’t punch down. if he’s talking about mentally disabled people it’s real-life stories of him volunteering with them, humanizing them to his audience, and basically putting them on a pedestal (and i know you’ve seen the clips of him completely shutting down andrew schultz’s podcast when they made fun of people with downs). when he does make fun of people it’s usually himself, and when it’s not, it’s people like the president, or navy seals. he’s not a guy who punches down to get laughs, which is increasingly rare these days. then, if you actually do look deeper into his podcast and podcast appearances, that’s when you see him seriously going after right wing figures and right wing ideology. he basically lost his shit over how wildly unprofessional trump’s cabinet was in public at the ufc fight; he recently had a fairly viral clip of him slamming the comedy mothership, where he basically says, “every single set doesn’t have to feature the word retarded, y’all need to dial it back some.”; and while he does make fun of liberals (as he should), i’ve never seen him actually go after liberals or liberal ideology the way he has conservatives and their ideology, ever. the bottom line, and the tl;dr is that shane gillis’s entire personality and shtick would have been considered right down the middle in the 90’s or even 2000’s, but is often considered “offensive” in today’s hyper-hypersensitive culture where there’s a real bloodlust for cancelling people and a deep, deep desire to be offended. shane gillis is as solid a dude as they come, and you don’t have to look very deep to see it.

The Leopards Eating Faces and Unlubed Dildo of Consequences Thread

Yep. Leopards that shoot opiods. Man, that used to be a nice place. Growing up I loved going to Front Royal. Now it is just, well, mierda. We are fighting right now, and I still feel bad for the wife. -
This is hilarious. Getting a pirated feed means that SOMEBODY out there is giving money to them so you can watch, which means you watching is helping them get money. You're still seeing their ads, which is where most of their money comes from. Way to go! You showed them!

In the last two seasons, we have seen absolutely horribad QB mechanics. Arch looks magnitudes worse than he did last year. He can't make the simplest of throws. His beautiful, accurate deep ball is nowhere to be seen. He's not even in the ballpark on deep throws. He looks as bad as Ewers did. His footwork is bad, he's not getting his body aligned to throw. He's making panic stricken throws that go in the dirt, or behind the receiver etc.. His regression is shocking. He looked no better in week 3 than he did in week 1. Whoever is in charge of managing the QB's needs to be relieved of his duties. They either don't know how to help him or they are incapable. 2 years of terrible QB mechanics is enough to know something is rotten AF. I don't know if Sark is running the room or Milwee. I also don't care. Whoever is doing it is fucking it up. Cutcliffe is a possible short term fix, ala Greg Robinson when Manny got canned. The Manning family probably has deep trust in him.

Great idea! Everyone who thinks we shouldn't give money to ABC/Disney/ESPN should buy game tickets for us poors so we can join you in the boycott. I mean, if you REALLY care that much about it... I'll need 4 for every home and away game, btw, including travel costs, hotels, meals, etc.

Imagine thinking you know enough about another team's coach to definitively state, "yep, he's off the wagon," but also not knowing that, although said coach did go to BYU, he isn't Mormon Their stupidity burns so hotly it's palpable - and they're so proud of it -
You absolutely cannot help but be a piece of shit dragging social commentary onto the football board. Fuck off.

They sign a Code of Ethics which governs all kinds of "personal life" stuff. They can't say being gay is "bad" on their personal FB page , for example. You okay with them not being able to post that? Some districts don't like it if a teacher posts a photo of them holding a margaritas or in a bikini. I know a teacher that got in trouble because she went out drinking with one of her students' moms and posted about it on FB. Maybe you think it's okay to post stuff about how certain races are always the ones causing trouble? White teachers have been in trouble for singing along to rap songs on TikTok and using the n-word that is in the lyrics. You okay with that? Or do you only get upset when they are punished for something you agree with? Lot of stupid people out there without filters who think they can do or say whatever. I doubt half of the people on this site would post even 10% of what they do if we were required to use our real names and everything was searchable via Google. I know I'd probably be in trouble for stuff I post in the IPIHB section. Btw - my wife is a teacher. She doesn't even comment on or "like" posts that some of her "friends" post that are political or potentially inflammatory because too many people like to look up who reacted "in the wrong way" and start contacting employers to complain. -
As far as I know revised light rail plans have spared Dirty's for a while now. We all know things can change on a dime though. https://www.kut.org/transportation/2024-02-07/dirty-martins-would-be-spared-under-new-concept-for-light-rail

Great stuff. I bet Sark runs a ton of OZ against SHSU. Coaches always love using these types games to practice stuff that they are having trouble with. -
Thats the joke Right now? I would argue since about 2012. Tea Party out front should have told you.

I would suggest going bigger. The days after the next Dem president is sworn in, he should prevail on the Democratic Congress to pass legislation to expand the Supreme Court by 4 and have his nominees ready for a vote post haste. -
Being a proponent of free speech was the one good thing about Kirk that the right could point towards in his defense and now they’re using his death to crush it? Sad.
