  1. Past hour
  2. There seems to be zero urgency on this thing. Stock market ticking up still somehow, informally and anectdotely, nobody I talk to seems to care that the government is shut down and most don't even know in a "oh, this that still happening is it still shut down? btw what does that even mean?" It seems like the politically plugged in get it, but not sure how what % of the actual people that make up in the real world.
  3. There's a fine line between comedians and just "ammirite" angry dude who never considers the answer is "no".
  4. could not stand brother and his side mouth. temu ed norton. Wendy is awesome but what a weird collection of cage fighters there at the end. without the actual menace of the alien it does take on a different tone. hmmm.
  5. I mean there was 2002? It was like 42 degrees, or atleast in my mind, it was cold as shit though.
  6. Pretty cool to hear dad and son
  7. I'm kind of done with comedians. Not saying anybody else should be, but I'm done with them taking blood money, while both sides stepping issues because they want to get paid by everybody. We've been dancing along the both sides line right into fascism, and then we'll start asking why people listen to comics about anything, when, after all, they're just clowns. And while accurate, we have a stupid populace that is mentally malleable, and besieged by algorithms. Clowns or not, comedians can present a perspective that can distill universal truths into digestible comic bits, which can penetrate even the densest skulls. Most everybody is presented gifts and a crossroads.
  8. It could also be a combo of technique, strength training vs recruiting big jags. I know Paul Wadlington has been harping about the technique of the interior guys (and possibly S&C but im not too sure since our DL last few years were strong).
  9. Georgia was big and they stoned us last year.
  10. Not so fast according to that TCU stats guy on twitter
  11. the big mall in corpus had a huuuuge lubys
  12. I’ve seen some references the past couple days of “Sark had his early success with Herman’s players”. There is some truth to that. Is Sark going to end up comparing to Sumlin? There were quite a few NFL draft picks those first couple years he was there, especially on the lines. Those were Sherman guys. Even Mike Evans and JFF were Sherman guys who had redshirted. This is all looking familiar.
  13. Maybe Venables will get trampled coming out of the tunnel this year.
  14. Not really, no. Most have been relatively hot.
  15. of course they were. same shit different year. one was complete bullshit though.
  16. It was a shortened season, but they played an all-SEC schedule. No tuneup games. Ten conference games before the conference championship and two rounds of the playoffs. Good Lord. The least amount they scored all season was 31 points. They absolutely thrashed most of their opponents. I didn’t remember how dominant they were. https://www.espn.com/college-football/team/schedule/_/id/333/season/2020
  17. Get rid of dubon, chas, garcia, de los santos san andreas gta vii for starters
  18. He was not talking USC under Sark he was talking USC now.
  19. I mean…I’ve got bad news: that may scar.
  20. Today
  21. ONDS may go to 25 by year end at the rate it’s going.
