  2. Necrobump...what eventually did pass was s law forcing people seeking tourist licenses to obtain community permission, with a 60% agreement required to allow rentals. Happened 2 weeks before we closed on our house I planned to rent out for 6 months. Our association meets in November. Trying to find a work around.
  3. Matchday!!! COYS!!!
  4. We need about 13 a year to be fine. We’ve hit more like 20 per year in the worst of times.
  5. we dont make it easy on ourselves. like i said- if we shoot below average its a 15 point win. Will be interesting what LA does moving forward this off season. Im sure Lebron plays 1 more full season with Luka. they dont have any draft picks to trade so Reaves/Knecht become some of their most attractable assets. I dont think reaves is some piece that you must have post Lebron, but hes on a decent contract. Looks like summer 2026 is when theyll get to really form a team around Luka as basically everyones a free agent but its also the year he sign some crazy contract
  6. If this regime and its aged sycophants are going to travel down that path (re: vaccines and research/treatments)), I hope they decline any and all cancer treatments and Henrietta Lacks haunts them from the grave.

  9. Pretty good piece on lawfare on this. https://www.lawfaremedia.org/article/the-judge-dugan-case-is-more-complicated-than-it-seems Also goes into detail on the prior case against Mass judge Shelly Joseph that did a similar thing. She was investigated for a year, indicted (a far less hasty process than here), appealed motions to dismiss, and, ultimately dismissed by having Judge Joseph submit to the MA judicial conduct commission. That case was, of course, brought under the Trump administration, but continued by Biden, whose DOJ ultimately dismissed.
  10. From espn.com: The Wolves finished 7-of-47 (15%) from beyond the arc, the worst three-point percentage in a playoff game in NBA history (min. 40 attempts). Minnesota missed 18 straight three-pointers between the second and fourth quarters, tied for the second-most consecutive missed three-pointers in a playoff win since at least 1998
  11. 2 inches huh? Yeah....
  12. Today
  13. I’m not for, or against, Redick but, the roster is so lacking. Last night they got 4 points from the bench in 50 minutes.

  17. I didn’t see the game, but Rui is one of those guys I do enjoy watching. He has a pretty good backstory with his family and whatnot. Unfortunately for my guys we have no size, at all. I assume that gets fixed this off-season when we get an actual center and not a Make-A-Wish guy manning that spot. I did say the winner of game 5 wins the series so I got that part of the series correct. Good luck against the Dubs. Going to be hard to play Gobert much in that one. Would not shock me to see Draymond miss a game in this series for an attempted decapitation of Rudy.
  18. Bill was always a shit drafter. I have said it before, but the Patriots were good year-after-year because veteran free agents took less money to go to New England, play with Brady, and finally win a Super Bowl. Even Brady took less money than he was worth, because he understood that he could make it up with endorsements if he kept winning. During the Brady tenure, Bill routinely shit the bed with 1 to 3 of each year’s 1st, 2nd, & 3rd round picks.
  19. The Catholic Church deems all vaccines morally acceptable, despite calling on vaccine developers to abandon using cells derived from fetuses.
  20. We have 11,000 gallons as of today, 1 inch gives us about 2500 gallons. It’s highly unlikely even in the worst of the drought we will run out. 2 inches before the end of June will get us through the summer dry season.
  21. Exactly. We're going in the right direction.
  22. Mennonite ethics don’t apply to living children I guess.
  23. This is the same offensive shitshow from last year but with a dose of solid starting pitching
