  1. Past hour
  2. It was a weird deal at the time I remember. Oregon swooped in at the last minute with a bag.
  3. I'd be interested to know if Neto was playing LT for the entire practice or just certain periods or what the exact context was. Him taking a handful of reps at LT in the team periods is a lot different than him playing LT the whole practice from drills to srimmage settings to everything. I agree it wouldn't make sense for him to slide out there for a truly short-term injury, but it doesn't make sense that Chatman, who had a good scrimmage and is coming along nicely based on what the 9.95ers say, wouldn't take reps at the spot where he played 2 days prior.
  4. Ari should go ahead and save that note about Walter, because he's gonna need to type it again in 4 weeks for Hader.
  5. There are a fair amount of galleries and shows, I just never thought of it as higher per capita than anywhere else.
  6. Watching him alongside other world leaders is so fucking embarrassing. They are all well spoken statesmen/women with shrewd insight and polished leadership. He's just a fucking goon spouting off nonsense in such an inarticulate manner it's comical.
  7. Yes After initially enrolling at the University of Oregon, Sagapolutele entered his name into the NCAA transfer portal before the start of his freshman season.[6] He then transferred to play for the California Golden Bears, where he had previous committed to play prior to going to Oregon.[5] Heading into the 2025 season, he is projected to be the Golden Bears' starting quarterback, and will compete for the job with Devin Brown and C. J. Harris.[9][10]
  8. I LIKE TYPING IN BIG BOLD LETTERS!!!
  9. Just in time for football season.
  10. Connolly is full of shit, I'm high on Mine Maritime this year.
  11. How can a transfer from Oregon be a true freshman? Did he sign early with Oregon and then portal in the spring window?
  12. MSU won't be down forever. They need a competent coaching staff and a little NIL money. I don't think Stanford is ever coming back. I don't think the buy-in is there figuratively or literally. And I think Stanford in the Pac-12 was an easier sell than Stanford in the ACC. They've been dogshit in basketball for over a decade now, too.
  13. Sorry what I meant was the extent of Fetterman's condition during the 2022 election season, which was being downplayed. Almost immediately after he got sworn in he went to Walter Reed for clinical depression.
  14. Scott's ERA is 6.66, seems like a shame to pitch him in a game and change that.
  15. I don't think it's even a coverup? There's numerous interviews with people who've worked with him talking about how he's changed and how difficult he is now.
  16. So the Daily Texan board?
  17. Wrong. He once rushed for 4 yards, and the stadium went wild.
  18. are we showcasing melton for a offseason trade ?
  19. That went about as well as I would have guessed. They don’t do critical thinking or even really any kinds of discussion over there. They just thank the mods and say “hook em!!!!!!!!!” and move onto the next thread.
  20. My flexibility is shit; I had some shoulder issues on my L side a few years ago that continue to linger. I do stretch but could be more regular about it. I do power clean and play basketball often, so explosive force production is something I have some familiarity with, I just have the sequencing out of order for my driver swing. Couples swing is so effortless, it's beautiful. My big issue is sequencing...in all those examples, once he completes the take back in his backswing, there is a slight pause in the club and he transitions his lower body weight to his front foot to start the downswing. I'm relatively good at that in my iron swing but for whatever reason in my driver, I'm not - my body wants to start the swing motion in the club rather than the lower body. As a result I get really "armsy" and disconnected between my upper/lower body as they try to fire together and it warps the swing and robs power at best, at worst it sends the ball careening off to the left or right or tops it. On Sunday my wife and I golfed our "home" course at Avery Ranch (we're not full members there but it's closest to our house). It was like I had never hit a driver before in my life. Eventually I backed off to 50% power on my swing just to try to hit relatively straight-ish. Finally around hole 12 it started to feel right. My irons and chips were great and my putting was improved, I only 3-putted I think twice in 18. Finally on the last hole, it all came together. Decent if short drive, my 2nd approach shot I was about 10 feet behind a 10 foot tall bush with no view of the hole with about 140 yards to go, and I used my 9-iron and got great loft and got it up over the bush and landed about 12 feet from the hole, which I 1-putted for par. Felt really, really good to close out strong. My wife just texted me wanting to go to the range again tonight, she's got the bug! Thanks for the drill, I'll try that out next range session. Maybe one of these times I'll get a recording and someone more knowledgeable here can give me some feedback?
  21. Nice. Already answered, but my guess would have been Kershaw.
  22. I assumed he had already had TJ. Forgot he was "resting."
  23. yikes: https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/APU0000703112
