  1. Past hour
  2. Very prescient. Reframing fraud as “anti-woke capitalism”
  3. Klatt is pretty fucking far from a click baiter. He's among the best, if not the best in his takes. You might not like them, but they are solid. He's the best out there right now.
  4. meanwhile my Fox watching mom is scared to leave the country because "what if I get sick or hurt?"
  5. Ha. That was a long time ago.
  6. another arm or two wouldn't hurt
  7. I am generally a fan of Klatt's analysis but his take here is dogshit.
  8. If the G5 remain in and take the 12 seed, they will never win it. Ever. No G5 is winning the CFP. In fact, no only will the 2 G5 in this year lose badly in the first round, the TV numbers are going to be massive losers too. That OSU was seeded 8 last year is a much bigger slam on the stupid committee process than it is a support of Cinderella stories in college football.
  9. Seems like a really good add at this stage of the offseason.
  10. May 2024 I spent the day with a CoP CTO who was trying to solve for metering carbon storage to monetize a $8b tax credit. Now he’s probably working on how to reintroduce leaded gas. According to AI, ESG didn’t go away, it grew up.
  11. We were in Belize and my wife injured her ankle to the point where we thought it was broken. Our driver took us to the clinic and I took care of the check-in. Of course, our health insurance was useless and they told me they don't take credit cards. I was worried about the cost but the person at sign in told me it wouldn't be expensive compared to our US prices. Doctor, x-rays, ace bandage (just a bad sprain), crutches and a prescription. $98 and change. That is how bloated the health care costs are in the US.
  12. Same here. I was watching it in Seton Hospital with my grandma on her deathbed. She got to see her favorite team win a natty before she passed a few months later.
  13. Has this always been the case? I don't remember seeing that mentioned really until this year. He used to have Tyreek Hill, but I guess a lot of his big TDs were crossers with YAC. The OLine is bad. Drafting Clyde Edwards-Hellaire when they were targeting RB and Johnathon Taylor was just sitting there was a huge miss too.
  14. You left out 'nasty'. Anytime a woman gets cross threaded with the dotard, she is 'nasty'.
  15. Ruidoso is nice. Or, at least it was before the floods and fires. Haven't been there since three years ago.
  16. it was contact but not a foul
  17. Just reporting the news my man.
  18. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
  19. No, that actual solution is great health care for every citizen, since we are so stupidly rich as a nation we could afford it by merely shaking out the couch cushions.
  20. I was just following orders.
  21. First time I drove to NM was from Houston to Pasadena from the Rose Bowl. You could tell the difference when you crossed the Texas state line and when you crossed into Arizona. Now I make the trip to NM to either go to Santa Fe/Taos or up to ski Colorado. I love parts of the state... mainly Santa Fe, in/around Taos, Dixon, etc. but the rest is rough. Crossing from Texas through Clovis, you almost appreciate the quick gas stop in Fort Sumner and then you just want to get to Santa Fe unless you're grabbing Carl's Jr in Santa Rosa. I do like the drive from Cline's Corners to Santa Fe or Las Vegas over past Sipapu to Taos but, if I have my choice, will never do the drive through Roswell and north or the corner by Raton. That stretch suuucks so much ass as you cross into Texas and just keeps sucking.
  22. Yeah, having his own dealership doesn't sound too bad. His own Chop Shop is more likely. Diego Pavia & Bros Parts Emporium
  23. Klatt and Neuheisel are the two best analysts in CFB today. Gus Johnson was a breath of fresh air when he first burst onto the play-by-play scene, but he took himself and his overthetop style too seriously and now he's just another annoying windbag calling every 3-yard handoff the greatest play he ever saw at ear-splitting volume levels. Neuheisel on Full Ride is knowledgeable and insightful, but that assclown Childers is absolutely unlistenable.
  24. We found the guy who doesn't understand exiting protocol!
  25. Those were some significant changes. They did other stuff too. I mean, they built an app where you booked your appointment to come across. Like booking your kid a haircut. Lol. Or if you were from certain countries you could use the app to get on a flight and come in directly. Upon arrival at the airport you would be granted up to 2 years of "humanitarian parole" and then get shuttled somewhere else. Same policies? nah What's funny is when someone is so confidently wrong. Peak Bush year was 1.64 million. FY 2022 had 2,378,944 encounters at the southern border FY 2023 had 2,475,670 FY 2024 had 2,135,105 Southwest Land Border Encounters | U.S. Customs and Border Protection In the last ten months, it's an average of about 10,000 per month. Just like that. It turns out, you can just do things.
