I mean that’s okay if the price goes up. It’s quality TV and honestly I thoroughly enjoy watching shows on there. I know this is middle-aged man yelling at clouds, but PBS content is easily the most educational and useful of any streaming service. Kids and adults can learn a ton about the world around them watching it. -
I’m way more inclined to believe Parsons’s side of the story here and obviously fuck Jerry, etc. But also why the fuck would a player ever talk contracts with a team without his agent present? That’s literally why you have an agent. “Talk to my agent”….that’s it, those are the only words that should come out of your mouth.

According to PBS, they receive less than 2% of their funding from the government. So perhaps the price will go up slightly. -

The new budget that was passed just gave the top 10 richest Americans on estimated $3 trillion over the next 10 years and not a peep from these fucksticks about it. -

What will happen with the PBS Masterpiece Streaming app? It is one of the three streaming services I pay for along with Acorn TV and Britbox. Just an absolute wealth of shows on the PBS streaming for people of all ages. I’d hate to see it go as well because TFG and his bald-headed clown of a propagandist just want it gone. -

This is all looking backwards twice. Media has moved on. Zero kids listen to radio or OTA TV. Come on man. -

Well we had about 25 years of commercial radio and TV without educational programming for kids. Until PBS came along. So yeah maybe that ol private sector doesn't quite meet all the needs. -

I’m curious. How many of yall in the last 2-5 years has cashed it in? It took me years. Last season I watched exactly one game and it was thanksgiving because I was in temple at the in-laws and what else was on after eating. I’m so done with this organization, but I really do pay attention. I can remember the days in the 80s with my dad working on deer blinds in September with the AM radio blaring the cowboys games. If they win that’s great and I’ll always have a little smile. But invest in watching a game naw, not until the jones family goes away. Last season I literally didn’t know if we won or loss until Monday morning on this thread.

Epstein files update: Buying Ghislaine's silence
Pig Bellmont replied to Gil Bang's topic in Cloak Room
What else is there? The FBI had 1000 people tag files for Trump’s name for an extended period of time. Let’s break this down: say you’re pretty fast, and you can search a file for Trump’s name - if no Trump, it’s a quick click and on to the next file. Some will take a longer review. Let’s estimate about 1 document per 45 seconds or 4 documents every 3 minutes. One reviewer could get through 80 docs in an hour and 640 docs in an 8 hour shift. If 1000 people were working 8 hr shifts, they could review 640,000 documents per day. Reports were that they worked 24/7… even if my numbers are off by a factor of 3 - 1000 people could conceivably review 200,000 documents per day. How many documents are in the files and how closely did each reviewer have to look to be certain Trump wasn’t mentioned? What info was given to them in training about documents where you would find his name? The only conclusion is he’s guilty and orchestrated a massive cover up -

Yea if you're looking at VTSAX the initial buy needs to be $3000. If you go the etf version you can go beneath and once the fund equals $3000 you can convert to VTSAX admiral shares.

You’re a moron. Like really fucking stupid. The entire federal outlay for all public media at every level was projected at 535 million for this year. That is out of a budget of 7 trillion. That’s not even a fraction of a penny out of every thousand dollars the government spends. Please tell me you are sterilized.
