  1. I saw one a couple of nights ago while I was ringing the bell for the Salvation Army at a Walmart, but it would have been a video, and I was too busy to take the video. Some tiny dick bastard in a jacked up diesel F250 with 20 inch chrome rims was driving through the lot, revving up between the cross walks, peeling out down the rows, and rolling coal on people putting their stuff in their cars or walking between their cars and the store. Like his truck wasn't enough proof that he has manhood insecurity issues.
  2. I don't have any pictures of her. What's wrong with that?
  3. My wife (no pictures, but she looks just like Lynda Carter) and I stumbled across a Scottish woman's YouTube channel the other day. She shows how to cook typical Scottish dishes, so we watched a couple. In one of them she mentioned serving the meat pie entree with balls o' doom, known to the rest of us as Brussels sprouts. Henceforth, in my home, we shall call them balls o' doom, too.
  4. That's the one. I couldn't remember the name. A quick Google search shows that it only has a 25 km range. Still could work, but I don't know if the helicopters would get home safe.
  5. I used to think that my good safety record was because I was smart. Now I realize that it's because I have an overactive imagination in the face of hazards.
  6. More than enough time for a good "Gotdamn motherfucking shit!" I knew I didn't have it exactly right. Thanks.
  7. "Stay on the boat! Don't get off the boat! Don't get off the boat!"
  8. UV radiation is not friendly to plastic. Santa and reindeer out front should'a told you.
  9. If my memory serves me correctly, back in the 80s and 90s the Brits had some anti-ship missiles that they could launch from Sea Kings and Westland Lynxs. Maybe these can be configured similarly to hunt Russian missile ships. Would be ballsy against the Russian AA, but could be possible.
  10. Bravo! That's awesome!
  11. I damned proud of those soldiers. That is the kind of discipline that wins battles and wars. May the racist piece of shit who filmed that have permanent ED.
  12. For anaerobic, old fashioned septic systems, Rid-X is a great help. For the newer aerobic systems it isn't as effective. Rid-X is a cocktail of enzymes to promote the growth of bacteria, mainly anaerobic ones that flourish in environments with very little or no dissolved oxygen in the wastewater. Aerobic systems have a good presence of dissolved oxygen in the water, so they use a different set of bacteria. Wastewater plants main treatment systems are aerobic, so they are great sources of bacteria for aerobic systems. Rid-X won't hurt, though.
  13. Several years ago my in-laws new aerated system was slammed at Thanksgiving. It didn't back up, but it was slow, and the water it sprayed smelled bad, which it shouldn't. Knowing that I have a little experience with poop, he asked me what to do. I told him to take a gallon jug to a nearby sewer plant and ask for a gallon of return activated sludge, or RAS. They'll know what you mean, and usually are more than happy to help out. RAS is full of the beneficial bacteria that break down unstable organic matter. Pour it in your toilet and flush two or three times and you have seeded your system with a boost of bugs. Do this about a week before Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any other big get together and your bacteria population will be ready to take up the slack. It won't help with roots or busted tanks, but will help prevent the tanks from getting too full of solids and backing up.
  14. Lots of broken morons in those comments.
  15. Maybe he can only afford enough Just For Men for his beard? I don't know about him. I do know that in my late twenties and early thirties my beard was red while my cranial hair was deep brown. Looked nice until I had to shave the beard off for work (safety/insurance reasons). When I grew it back out, my beard matched my hair. It looked better red.
  16. I would think that a plane or helicopter with lidar would be an easy target for all kinds of AA anywhere that it would be useful. Maybe a very high altitude stealthy drone could do it, but it would be easy to detect once it started emitting. I don't know the lidar capabilities of satellites, but that would be the only way I could see getting a good lidar image without losing the platform carrying the sensors and emitters.
  17. Maybe they confused their target audience with their audience's target.
  18. A few years ago I put a sign up on my bulletin board at work for OU hate week. It was titled "Hand Sign Meenings" and had a horns up sign labeled "Hook 'em Horns!" and a horns down sign labeled "I married my sister." I had other stuff up in my office hating on OU, and had been talking about the upcoming game. I noticed some of my aggy co-workers giving me the stink eye, but none of them said anything until Thursday, when one approached me and started in on that being about aggy and offensive to him. I assured him that it was about Texas' real rival, and that if I meant to dog on aggy, I would use a thumbs down sign. I then asked him why he assumed that it was about a team that Texas hadn't played in years. He was rather tender about that, too.
  19. I hope that you all have a peaceful and joyous Thanksgiving. Eat like crazy, love your family like you won't see them tomorrow, and have a good nap.
  20. That would be a game changer in a big way, but I seriously doubt that the rest of NATO would be happy with it, even if Germany would go along.
  21. Wow. Is he proposing placing the Patriot batteries in Ukraine to defend Ukrainian and Polish airspace? Or is he proposing placing the Patriot batteries in Poland hard up against the Ukrainian border and using them to defend Ukrainian and Polish airspace? Either way, Polish or German systems engaging Russian missiles, even in Ukrainian airspace, carries some significant risk.
  22. Excellent, except you cut it a few seconds early. Gus' "sucks to be you" shrug as he settles back makes that scene perfect.
  23. Drunk, drugged, already dead. Take your pick.
  24. I did worse; I wrote some instructions for him in cursive.
