  1. Similar thing happened to Mrs. Canecutter at a past job. She found a new one where she made more than the boss who wouldn't promote her. Your work buddy will be gone, and rightfully so, after a 3x snub.
  2. Looks like somebody took Ben Stein's money.
  3. Kind o fits in in the District of Lost Dude Enslaving The Natives And Making Them Dig For Gold.
  4. As a god. Now let us pray: SAD. LIKE A DOG. BIG MAN, STRONG MAN. SAD.
  5. During the character's drunk parts, I was cold sober. For the scenes where he sobered up, they gave me lots of beer to drink before hand.
  6. I am not a lawyer, but I played one in a student film at UT. No, wait... that was an alcoholic.
  7. The upside of this will be that in 15 years from now we can have some actual grew-up-in-hard-times Country Music again.
  8. When is America going to WAKE UP that these "Country Singers" are UNEMPLOYED MEXICAN TELENOVELA STARS infiltrating our FREE SOCIETY with their auto-tuned AI-generated lyrics? WHEN? "But they don't look Mexican." OF COURSE NOT. If they did they wouldn't be Telenovela Stars. But the spray-on stubble and popped collar always give it away. "But they don't sound Mexican." ARE YOU STUPID? They are ACTORS. They ACT American. If they ever stumble and, say, mix up "floor" and "ground," their handlers up the voltage on the Creedence Clearwater Accent Adjustment Chips planted in their spines. "I think you are a crazy man posting on a football forum from the shitter." THE SHITTER IS THE ONLY PLACE THE DEEP STATE FEARS TO GO.
  9. She probably had a thang for the husband.
  10. Doug Jones wouldn't have lost Space Force. But had Jones been reelected, Trump never would have picked Alabama.
  11. In the bimetallic theme, some of the early-90s Nuevo Peso Mexican coins had sterling silver centers. I was able to dig up the info once in the past, and if fading memory is right, it was the 10, 20, and 50 pesos, and they had about 1/6, 1/4, and 1/2 of an ounce of silver each. Not worth enough to drive across town looking for one, but worth poking around any loose change left over from an ancient Spring Break. To put it in perspective, when the Nuevo Peso came out, it was 3 to a US Dollar, and silver was less than 5 bucks an ounce, so the silver in these coins was worth at most 1/4 the smallest coin's value, and about 1/8 maybe of the big one.
  12. You know it. Used to be able to see it from three sides of the house, then, as is required in the 2020s, a neighbor built a new house big enough to exert its own gravitational pull and bend light.
  13. the Deutsch Demokratische Republik nods its head.
  14. He's a scandal in't he, he's a little outlaw. --Naw, he-he-he's a good boy. He ain't too good, you can tell by that twinkle in his eye.
  15. And lots of white kids work for free now at internships. Pretty much like slavery. Don't hear them crying for money from mom and dad. Besides, all the slaves must be like really old now or something, probably retired with pensions by now.
  16. We never invaded. You were fooled by Russo-phobic lies.
  17. Swallwell's gettin all Mountain Man.
  18. If I'm correct about the Interstate location, that spot is one thin belt of woods away from a neighborhood. I figure there'd be a fence there but maybe she knew about a hole in it and had friends living nearby. Or maybe she just got in the trees and walked forward or backwards to the next exit. I don't expect the PD drone search was all that Sherlock Holmes-ian. Before it came out that it was fake, I was running errands out that way, and thought about driving by to look, but I didn't want to tempt the Spirit World or the Bermuda Triangle Alabama Campus.
