Anyone able to speak on the medical marijuana vs consumable hemp stories going on after the governor veto? I thought I saw under the compassionate use rules 90 day “chronic pain” was added. Chronic pain has been a very elastic circumstantial barrier in Texas with regards to absentee voting. Was curious how doctor visits/proof may affect this, if at all, as it wasn’t required for voting.

The problem is that "medical marijuana" in Texas under compassionate use is like, barely anything. No flower allowed and it's a gummy or tincture of barely any THC. Doubt there are real medical benefits.

disclaimer: this was last time I checked like 18 months ago. Maybe things changed, but doubt it.

Isnt 10mg pretty much the base for all edibles and smoke for medicinal patients?

No. Are there plenty of 10mg edibles? Sure. But there are also 250mg edibles

Vape is 1g or 0.5g typically. I’ve seen a 2g canister. Pre rolls are around 0.5g and flower can be bought in larger quantities like 3.5 or 7g

PTSD is already on there and the websites claiming to get you your card make it seem like, without saying it, that pretty much anyone could qualify.
