Yes it was read the information on page 229 and below.

HERE IS THE LINK

One other aspect was seen as a positive for Texas. Instead of two-spotting, which is best described as running two practices at once, Texas elected to just one spot for most of the spring. Coaches and players honed in on technique in the opportunities, with younger players getting the chance to watch how older players did things. When some of the more veteran players were kept out, that gave reps to the younger players. But because of the difference in structure related to how often the program practiced with contact, players nursing ailments of any sort could still get reps in without major risk of reinjury.

Gee, I wonder why players didn't develop as much this year when their reps got cut in half this offseason. Real shocker..

That said, he tried an experiment and it failed. Easy to fix as long as he's got his eyes open. Willing to forgive this one if he corrects course.

Have you seen a single thing that he's said that indicated any willingness to change. Setting aside the fact that the only issues have been players according to him, have you seen him acknowledged any coaching issues?

If not, what evidence leads you to believe he will course correct?

I've never claimed the thrown if shit poster. I would never try and take that crown for Rimbo or the other amazing candidates in this thread.

So.. you don't have any examples other than what aggie fans would say.

Would you like me to give you quotes from coaches in response to their future and then tell you whether or not the fan base thought it was a bitchy answer?

Have you talked to him in private? No. And me neither. CDC will talk to him and if Sark decides to change back, then it will be known. If he doesn't, it will also be known and CDC can act accordingly.

I never said there's any evidence but damn, y'all have to stop taking press conferences for any value at all. No one is going to open up to the media jackals ffs.

If they weren’t having to rotate as often couldn’t they get just as many reps? If their bodies are well rested then their intensity should stay the same when it’s their turn. These guys get paid money now, expecting them to practice hard shouldn’t be that big of a stretch. The guys coaching now…those guys are clearly fuck tarded. Campbell should get flood fired, wingo needs to get the wr coach fired. If sark cant find guys who can actually coach then he can get fired too.

He was making an analogy. It’s not the same thing as Sark’s stuff. The analogy isn’t about underage anything.

He isn’t implying pedo shit. He’s asking if it’s ok for sark as a HC to be messing with a relative of a current player or not? If you say no or who cares fine. Most of us would consider it endemic of the overwhelming problems both on and off the field. He’s over 50 and has been a HC a total of 11 years. Both here and elsewhere. He knows better than to do anything like that. Anyone should.

Hypothetical only not based on a rumor nor any facts just a hypo: if your head coach nailed a highly sought after recruit’s mom or girlfriend and the school lost that recruit bc of it Is that appropriate? Yes or no. What is appropriate for a HC to do or not do?

I doubt I am speaking well enough on Rimbo’s behalf. I will let him speak for himself.

It was rhetorical. I’m just not going to waste my time on a topic that is widely known and to a certain extent is subjective. I gave you the former in a general explanation and offered a subjective example for the latter with Schloss. Your subjective opinion on how Sark answered questions about the roster being poached or the future of his job doesn’t really concern me at this point.

Ah... the way the aggie fans responded was similar to Sarks. That's what you're landing on as its the only example, for which you provided no backing, of your entire point.

Let's just go ahead and pretend you provided evidence. You've aligned Sark's comments to that of aggie fans.

Solid counter point to him not being a petulant child.

I really don't even know what point you're trying to make in all of this drivel, but maybe the poster you responded to can figure it out.

Wonder if they are constantly dropping passes and jumping offsides in practice too

fucking Georgia WRs look like practice

Well I mean if a player knows with certainty that he won't get hit by the D, the rb won't be hit and the QB won't be hit, it decreases anxiety and probability of jumping off sides. Aside from that, they also face no ramifications if they do. All Gas - no accountability  so... why would they care? (Outside being shit on by their HC in press conferences)

Pete too.

But in Sark's defense Pete and Nick both paid close attention to the OL and RB room so, that's not really fair as the talent was likely substantially better. Plus neither Pete not Nick used NFL style practices. That's dinosaurs for you.

You’re being obtuse. If anything I aligned Schloss with Sark and Aggie fans to you. Sark/Schloss make a statement about their future, Aggies/BurntEyes subjective opinion of the statement. For lack other evidence that you so desperately need on a topic that is widely known, you’re just going to have to trust me. Seems to be the theme of this thread anyway. I might as well join.

Florida is the only inexplicable loss we’ve had this season. I’m not surprised that we lost to Ohio State and Georgia, especially with a first-year starter at QB.

I disagree with this.   Or at least any insinuation we are a less toxic or fair weather than the worst in that regard (which, I'll admit, is a decent chunk of the SEC and several other top tier programs). We are certainly up there with all of them.  But let's be clear, the reason for all the activity in this thread is that we have 3 losses in a season with high expectations and blame must be allocated loudly.  If we beat UGA, none of this shit is being talked about.  But we've lost 3 games and the last one wasn't close so now it's turned into personal and character attacks on the coach based on rumors.  Maybe they are right - I don't know.  I could text someone right now that almost certainly would know but I don't really care enough (and when I do get insider information, I typically don't post it all over this board particularly to the extent the subsequent discussion would in any way damage Texas).  Obviously most don't agree with that and think all dirty laundry should be shared widely.

But you are  kidding yourself to think that if Sark is replaced, similar toxicity won't exist the first time Freeman or Kiffin or whoever has a disappointing loss.  The coach everyone is clamoring for today will suddenly become a fucking retard and no doubt people will search and gossip about off the field reasons to explain why their god given right to enjoy a 10+ win and playoff season is in jeopardy.

The rumors came up after we got pantsed at Florida.

We are looking at possibly 7-5 and/or 8-4.  I'm hopeful for 9-3, but the other 2 aren't out of the equation at all.  The wheels could absolutely fall off especially after how shitty our coaches performed in the 4th quarter against Georgia.

I don't hate your posts at all. They amuse me, like a clown. All fan bases and boards need juvenile shit talkers that learned their trade on social media. If this place didn't have regards to entertain us with pointless things that make no sense it would just be people preaching to we enlightened as to why we're horrible fans. No sir, I love your posts. Now you're not in the rarified air of @David Dennison as his contrary opinion hate baiting is next level fun but dont let that get you down. Keep it up, and maybe someday you too can figure out the algorithm to make us ALL smile on the reg. Good bye and good luck!

My understanding is the pitch is to the BMDs who cut the checks for the players who don’t have big endorsement NIL deals like Arch.

The pitch is for 2026 and beyond when it comes to HC and so on…

It is my understanding that whatever Arch has made off Warby Parker, Vouri or whatever and so on are NIL things that his family did without help from UT. He isn’t on UT pay roll or getting a BMD payment,

the pitch has to satisfy the BMDs for the checks cut for other players and so on…

that’s my understanding but if someone with more knowledge (which is a lot of you) wants to chime in they totally can. And correct me or endorse this. Whichever. Or smash my will to live. Lots of options.
