Bad FCS teams are bad. There is no point in even Indiana playing a team like that. It should be a huge black mark come playoff selection time.

Agreed. Terrible game. I hate those types of games.

I just looked at some satellite shots of that stadium. We played down there in September 1997 and if I remember correctly the stadium had two open ends. That’s a lot of construction. A friend of mine, our SID at the time, almost got killed by a TV that fell out of the broadcasting booth. It fell and landed about three feet behind him as he walked the bleachers. It was crazy.

I remember we actually beat them that day. It was a day game and wicked hot, for us from Pittsburgh, and our locker room looked like. A triage unit with guys getting IVs. Anyway, I always took my camera with me and as we were leaving the press box I said to a buddy, “should I take my camera?.

I didn’t.

Well, the Cougars were driving left to right for what would have been a game-winning score. We were standing at the other end zone, by the Pitt locker room. Houston threw a pass and Chiffon Allen intercepted it at the 3 and returned it 97 yards for a TD. My buddy Steve and I were the only guys at that end of the field, and when Chiffon got to us he was yelling at us, “Yeah Bitch, Yeah Bitch” and flexing. I stood there with my arms crossed because I was pissed that I could have had the cover photo for our magazine.

When I went to the Monday Football Luncheon at Pitt Stadium everyone was giving me shit ‘cuz I was in the AP photo, standing there, arms crossed, rather than getting a great photo.

Ugh.

CU gets the TD after McCutchen's 3rd down PI to extend the drive.

Both of these QBs are terrible.

Yeah, Weigman is fucking abysmal, he chose the wrong sport.

45-0 Indiana at the half over Indiana State. Yikes.

Purdue beat ISU last year 49-0 and proceeded to lose 11 straight.  P5 team should not be allowed to play ISU - even ones as shitty as Purdue was last year.

For a little more context, some Hudson Card 2024 stats vs ISU as compared to his season totals.
4TD : 44%
24/25 passing: 96% vs. 58.1%
16% of his total passing yards against ISU (played in 10 of 12 games)
87.7 QBR - season: 43.1

Being dumb, I confused a Purdue huge win and a UND loss to NIU as a legit opportunity for Purdue and went to the UND/Purdue game.  Purdue lost 66-7 and it was not that close.

Holy shit, what a horrible fucking call. IG when the QB is getting his facemask ripped off. Big 12 officiating is just so fucking bad.

That was one of the worst calls I’ve seen this year. That’s saying something.

I mean seriously.... what the fuck is the QB supposed to do there?   just be sacked?

if he lets himself get tackled they get the auto first down.... but if he tries to not get tackled its a fucking penalty??

jesus the Big 12 refs are awful

Houston and Colorado should have known what they were getting into.

Ball bouncing around like a pinball.  CU player takes his helmet off.

WILL THERE BE A PENALTY?

if the grounding isnt called, Houston takes the clock down or Colorado uses their Timeouts and that TD doesnt happen.

also WHY THE FUCK IS THIS BEING REVIEWED.... its a TD either way

Why was the Colorado qb taking his helmet off after scoring not a penalty? Also, why does Houston use AZ state's hand sign? what does a pitchfork have to do with a cougar? I guess maybe you could give a cougar the shocker... idk, weird. All I know is I'm happy UT isnt in the b12 anymore.

Also, the intentional grounding call against Weigatron when the defender was trying to rip his head off was a typically terrible Big 12 officiating call. Holy shit.

You have to wonder if the Big 12 will have to suspend another officiating crew a week for completely horrible decisions.

Did this happen? If so, awesome. I missed it.

Yes, they suspended the KU-MU crew this week.

I'm totally in favor of this, I'm sure all of yall are as well. They should have monthly and end of year reviews and get reprimanded or fired if they can't do their jobs properly or make bad calls.

Avery Johnson is horrible, though that ball hit the WR right in his hands.

When he was a freshman, I thought that guy was going to be white VY. Nope, he sucks monkeydick.
