  2. Tubi has a lot of good content and its commercials aren't much more intrusive than what you get on the paid channels these days.
  3. Username checks out
  4. Lol just saw a banner ad for "Texit Coin" at IAH this morning. Wouldn't you know it, they say it's going to the moooooon
  5. How many days until August 30, excatly? Jesus Christ this is maddening.
  6. ⚾️ Immaculate Grid 867 9/9: Rarity: 21 IMMACULATE! 🟩🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩
  7. Yeah, that's exactly my point. My argument wasn't regarding his full 100% return it was "healthy enough to be a difference maker" and I'm pretty sure that's a thing unless he gets injured again which is not the same thing.
  8. that would be charlotte iah is a palace in comparison
  9. While I’ll never not be a dork, I will also not ever be able to prove a negative to you. I’m definitely not Chrispy, etc.
  10. I feel like a huge point is being missed here, we missed a lot of time saying “go Baxter!” “Run Baxter!” “Baxter!”. We get that back. All that really matters. 80%, 40%, who gives a shit?
  11. St. Mary's
  12. I don’t recall if I posted this in here previously or not but https://www.pfizer.com/news/press-release/press-release-detail/pfizer-presents-positive-data-phase-2-study-ponsegromab there’s a monoclonal in trials that is meant to deal with cachexia, or the wasting away that happens when the body is under attack. Staying strong and having an appetite can have a positive effect on treatment, and the idea is this would be taken concurrent to treatment. I don’t know where the trials are being held, but it’s just another thing to keep an eye on. one cool thing with this is it has the chance to affect outcomes across many types of cancer.
  13. Eddie Phillips
  14. This is probably covered elsewhere, but... These ostensibly punitive forfeitures, $25 million or whatever, to whom are the forfeitures paid? I mean, do the victims of scouting get some, or the conference, or hmmmm, the NCAA Executive Travel Fund?
  15. transfer portaled... in High School. Fuck you, deliberately ignorant UIL.
  16. Yeah probably right. I used to keep a stack of 11 rice tickets in my truck visor, that went unused and unsold, back when I had a bunch of seats. As that season we did lose I think to Arkansas ironically. 2003. Had to go back and look it up. So yeah no losses might be harder than I think. But I was trying to give away those tickets that sat in my visor to anyone who could do a single pushup... So my perception might be jaded. Sept 6th 11 am kick for SJSU and UTEP at 3:15 on the 13th? Those games might be turkey basting levels of heat? Or Sept 10th is the peak of hurricane season. So the I imagine those will be the best chances to get tix.
  17. You said you don't think he's healthy enough to be a difference maker this year, I asked why and you made something up. He's RB1, practicing as RB1, the coaches think of him as RB1 and if he plays as RB1 he will most certainly make a difference this year. Just because you went off on some tangent about him being the best player he could possibly be or back to 100% doesn't mean I said shit about disagreeing with him being back to 100% or not. Here I'll make something up too. I think an 80% Baxter is enough to have over 1k yards and average more than 4 per carry and carry the RB1 load. Stop attributing other posts or what other posters are saying to me.
  18. I don't think it's policy or a "socialist" issue for Jeffries when it comes to Mamdani. I think it's completely about the Democratic Party's fealty to Israel. It's one thing when Israel affects our foreign policy (which is massively horrific and I'm not downplaying), but when they create chaos within our OWN political system (both parties) which directly affects the American people...FUCK. I admit that I didn't fully realize until the last year or so the stranglehold Israel has on us. My eyes are open. We have to weed this shit out.
  19. Typical UIL bullshit. I already had a write up for him in my Helo’s Homies note and now I need to replace him with someone
  20. OU’s new helmet logo:
  21. That was before arthroscopic assisted reconstruction and early ROM was standard. Some surgeons were still using casts for 6 weeks after open 2 incision reconstruction. Mical Padgett and Mike Gaddis both had likely NFL careers ruined thanks to shitty cotton bowl turf and when they were born Re Baxter according to ChatGPT he had ACL and LCL. No mention of posterolateral corner injury so the LCL wouldn’t necessarily delay RTP (9-12 months) in my opinion but I haven’t treated knees since residency maybe @Magus Ossis can opine
