  1. Past hour
  2. and that’s relevant how? we’ve been scheduling like this for over a decade. this isn’t about sean miller, it’s about the athletic department/program giving the loyal home fans bullshit schedules for longer than we can remember. also, what does it being his first year have to do with anything? what’s the logic behind excusing a home schedule like this because it’s his first year? he needs a TAPPS home schedule before he gets his feet wet in Austin? why? that’s makes no sense at all.
  3. There’s a sign to log off
  4. You need to move to San Diego. That shit only happens to me when I visit the SIL in Miami.
  5. I really hope this turd goes down for this. What a complete POS. I'll never live in Oklahoma again and my kids will never attend school there, but it's disgusting what he is doing to the State.
  6. She seems smart.
  7. This has to be a record:
  8. Who’s the Golden this year? I dont think there is one. That’s the ceiling on the offense. I think Arch’s legs will solve most of our redzone issues. The defense doesn’t have a ceiling in my opinion.
  9. Imagine quoting fucking newsroom and feeling like it’s insightful
  10. 1. Florida St 2. Clemson 3. North Carolina 4. Pitt 5. SMU
  11. yeah, our dumbass football fans are, but the fans of the other sports are absolutely not. the university tells the people who want Texas Basketball season tickets that they have to make an extra donation to do so, only to see the program schedule a bunch of naia teams for the moody center, and you’re talking shit about the fans being so “cater to me” for not being happy about that? gtfoh. terrible take.
  12. this is an insane collection of words
  13. I find many "good" smells (colognes, perfumes, floral scented garbage bags) even more unpleasant than smokerstench, but I used to smoke, so I probably have some degree of natural resistance to it. But I agree with you in principle, even if I personally don't feel the same way.
  14. Gilbert Arenas was arrested on Wednesday for his involvement in an illegal gambling business. The three-time NBA All-Star was charged in a federal indictment alongside five others, including Yevgeni Gershman, an alleged member of an Israeli transnational organized crime group, according to a news release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office. The group allegedly held illegal high-stakes poker games at Arenas’ Encino, Calif., mansion. Arenas is being charged with one count of conspiracy to operate an illegal gambling business, one count of operating an illegal gambling business and one count of making false statements to federal investigators, the release stated, and was scheduled to be arraigned in the United States District Court in Los Angeles on Wednesday. Arenas, 43, allegedly rented out his Encino mansion during the period from September 2021 to July 2022 for illegal gambling. The “Gil’s Arena” podcast host is said to have directed a man named Arthur Kats to stage “the mansion to host the games, [find] co-conspirators to host the games, and [collect] rent from the co-conspirators on Arenas’ behalf,” the U.S. Attorney’s Office found. Gershman, Tourevski, Austria, and Cohen are accused of managing “illegal ‘Pot Limit Omaha’ poker games, among other illegal games, at the Encino mansion, [collecting] a ‘rake’ —a fee the house charged from each pot either as a percentage or a fixed amount per hand — and [inviting] players to compete,” prosecutors wrote. Young women were allegedly hired by Gershman and worked for tips, serving drinks, providing massages and offering “companionship to the poker players.” The women were reportedly charged a tax from their earnings at the game. They also hired staff, including chefs, valets and armed security guards for the outings. Krachun was found to have worked as a chip runner in the gambling scheme, tracking betting wins and losses, distributing poker chips to players, and paying the employees. Arenas played for Arizona in college before stints with the Warriors, Wizards, Magic and Grizzlies
  15. Javier struggled to throw strikes in the first inning. Infield single, walk, single, run scored.
  16. What’s the price tag for Suarez? I’d guess Matthews + our top pitching prospect. It’d only worth it if we hang another banner.
  17. Roman Harper is alright with me. He and Cole Cubilic were critical but fair to us last year. I prefer listening to former players over talking heads all day excepting our own special ass clown, Manny Acho.
