  1. Past hour
  2. Fair and convoluted are not mutually exclusive.
  3. We are in the shit Sark is who he always was Haiku have begun
  4. In. Will see y'all there.
  5. I've reach a point where trying to predict what this team will do feels like an exercise in insanity. I will watch the game with high hopes and tempered expectations. It think this is higher scoring than most anticipate. Texas is certainly capable of putting up a lot of points on Arkansas. I just have zero faith in the offensive game plan being well thought out. Similarly, Arkansas is absolutely capable of putting up points too. Hope I'm off base, that there is a great game plan and the defeat I saw in some players last game is gone.
  6. The offensive play calling last night was fine. There was poor some execution. 2 dropped passes, specifically Kirk's TD, 2 underthrown balls by Mills that would have been TDs, and at least 1 other pass where he missed a wide open receiver. But to his credit, he avoided getting sacked and turning the ball over.
  7. i hope we win, but i fully expect to lose.
  8. I've come up with a saying that will help Sark find his way as a Head Coach and a play caller. "All gas, no brakes." Pretty good, huh? It means playing (and coaching) with aggression and urgency. To never let up. To impose your will. He should try it!
  9. It is funny watching internet trolls like yourself project your insecurities onto people who actually have some insight into what is going on.
  10. Fire Point plans to deploy its FP-7 ballistic missile this year with mass production, the chief designer said. The FP-7 has 200 km range, 1,500 m/s speed and 150 kg warhead, with an FP-9 variant planned by mid-next year reaching 850 km, while Flamingo cruise missiles are already produced at three daily.
  11. I haven't looked yet, I'm afraid to. Yes, we can afford it, but that is a big hit.
  12. The present time is the first time that I have a reasonable belief that Russia will be imploding before it can take down Ukraine in any meaningful way. Russia is about to be so poor that the next leader might trade a return of all of the frozen Russian billions to leave Crimea and withdraw from Ukrainian territory it currently holds (including return of the stolen children). They will desperately need that money to provide its people potatoes and a repair of utilities/refining/electrical grid. Their destroyed refineries will take a while before they will be able to produce revenue again, hopefully with a sanctions removal provision requiring that a portion of that Russian oil and gas revenue goes to rebuild Ukraine.
  13. I’ll have a string of runs where everybody I run in to is friendly, if a little trigger happy, and then a few with no mic KoS raiders. You can’t fully appreciate one without the other. Last night I went after the Queen in Blue Gate twice. Both times I joined a group of solos already fighting her and it was really cool. Until I noticed a few players not fighting but just running around and looting pieces as they fell off the Queen. First time I managed to snag one core after I ran out of ammo but died on my run back to the last extraction open. Next run I got there and a guy dropped a Hullcracker and some ammo for me to help take her down. Got to see her defeated, got one core, and exfilled at hatch with 2 other raiders.
  14. Or investing money.
  15. It’s the fucking Catalina Off-Season Wine Mixer.
  16. Plenty agree with that take. I'm among them, but if he does return at least acting like he will change is the minimum he can do. Still need a competent GM, as well as OC, OL, WR, RB, and DB coaches. There are a few issues.
  17. Lying to a judge to try to indict Comey for lying to Congress, this timeline is amazing
  18. quibbles from last night - stuff not covered at all: - lee was court martialed for his conduct at monmouth - the molly pitcher legend comes from monmouth - jones commandeering of the serapis - his famous line 'i have not yet begin to fight' was not mentioned unless i missed it - he sailed to the dutch port of texel not france - serapis 'false' flag not shown or discussed - us not yet recognized by the dutch at this time made this a very tricky diplomatic situation - 2 of the commandeered ships were re-flagged as french and 1 was made 'american' and slipped out undetected in a pack of dutch vessels 2 days after xmas
  19. On Wednesday standing in court they told the truth, with the truth being potentially catastrophic for them. So on Thursday they file a brief lying in the hopes of holding of the catastrophic failure and in a development no one could have seen coming, smeared the Judge by issuing statements contrary to the actual record; you know, lying. Again.
  20. Reading that story a little more carefully, I'm not sure it's wholly accurate. The AUSA said the other day it was "his understanding" that the second indictment was not presented to the full grand jury. In a written filing, they worded it a bit more "cagily." Also, before we get too excited about this resulting in dismissal of all charges (there are several other things that could have that result), there's a case that some have trumpeted as being on point. Many years ago, the DC grand juries weren't presented with indictments, just the evidence and "returned" a piece of paper saying they true-billed or no-billed a charge of a crime, ie wire fraud or perjury or whatever. The US Attorney then prepared an actual indictment in the form we see that was never actually passed on by the grand jury. The DC Circuit ruled that that did not satisfy Rule 6 and the requirement that the grand jury be presented with and pass upon an indictment. It requires an actual indictment, and the indictment that is filed to commence a criminal case. It also held that that was harmless error in that case, so no harm no foul. That means that the government will probably continue to be embarrassed and debase itself on Comey's other motions.
  21. that texans defense is nasty !!!
