  4. Right it’s from blood thinners. Not shaking hands.
  5. What about the Biden administration makes you think they'd do that? Particularly the Department of Justice? Releasing pre- or post-indictment/conviction investigation information is not normal and is against DOJ policy, as well as most state prosecuting authorities. If anything the Biden/Garland DOJ was too bound by norms. For there to have been an unauthorized leak, the information likely would have had to be outside the DOJ, ie in Congress, but it wasn't.
  6. Pete Rock has some doozies.
  7. It is really strange that Trump would have written a note like that. It's even stranger that some random employee would have ended a note with "may every day be another wonderful secret," though. Trump must have written this.
  8. Yesterday was one of the most impressive things I have seen on a bike. I agree Pog went deep into the red yesterday. I wonder if he pays a price today. Granted, the last few years when I questioned him, he blows the race away.
  9. I believe this was 100% Klein's doing and once the actual authors learned of it, did the right thing, possibly after reacquiring rights from Klein, as often happens wi superstars. That's why I put "the Stones" in quotes.
  10. Wouldn't the last administration have leaked everything about Trump they could? No American admin can release the Epstein documents because of the implication. There’s speculation that Epstein had ties to Mossad, which is why certain details haven’t been fully released. One of the most notable connections is his relationship with former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak. Between 2013 and 2017, Barak reportedly visited Epstein’s Florida and New York properties around 30 times, including a private flight in 2014. Barak also received $2.3 million from an Epstein-linked foundation between 2004 and 2006, and Epstein later invested $1 million in a partnership associated with Barak in 2015. Epstein’s connection to Ghislaine Maxwell. Her father, Robert Maxwell, was a British media mogul widely reported to have had links to Mossad. Some sources, including former Israeli intelligence officer Ari Ben-Menashe, have claimed Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell ran a “honey trap” operation on behalf of Israeli intelligence, though these claims remain unverified. A lawsuit by a woman identified as Jane Doe 200 alleged Epstein claimed to be a Mossad agent, but this has not been substantiated. Epstein also had financial ties to the Wexner Foundation, which promotes Jewish leadership and has connections to Israel. His main backer, Leslie Wexner, was part of the “Mega Group,” a network of wealthy philanthropists. Some analysts, such as former NSA counterintelligence officer John Schindler, have suggested that this group may have had links to Israeli intelligence, but there is no conclusive evidence. Epstein was also an investor in Carbyne (formerly Reporty Homeland Security), an Israeli tech company tied to defense and emergency response, which further fueled speculation. While much of this remains circumstantial, these associations have been the basis for theories that Epstein may have been connected to Israeli interests or intelligence operations.
  11. Don't forget to thank them for their attention to this matter.
  12. To be fair, that doesn't really look like his signature. But it has changed quite a bit or varies quite a bit.
  13. I mean it is a word, but come the fuck on
  14. Well, if he's on coumadin/warfarin, which seems likely, that's kind of possible. As I get older things make fucked up looking spots, but things like cat scratches and bushes from MTB trails, not handshakes.
  15. Just interesting Epstein was helping politicians make laws for child trafficking. They were discussing the bill and "his name came up" so they decided to ask him what to change most in the bill.
  16. Yeah idk about that. We watch with my wife and two daughters (14 and 11) and we all were cringing. It was a shower cry situation. That hot chick he's messing with had to be like ewww. Speaking of that, I don't follow as closely as some of yall, but I think this season has the hottest women in a while. The blonde is hot, brunette same, then the track one, and Ashley the long shower girl surprised me with her veto outfit. They've definitely changed makeup of cast this year compared to others.
  17. We may just have a chance if... Nope...Shit.
  18. I don't know a lot about the law, but this sure looks like the administration is saying, "We have nothing to hide! Release the evidence!" while making sure that what is released can't hurt them. Is that about right?
  19. Hard for me to not think of Mick Jagger and Keith Richard’s as assholes. From ChatGPT: The drama around Bittersweet Symphony by The Verve stems from their use of a sample from the Rolling Stones’ The Last Time, specifically the Andrew Oldham Orchestra‘s 1965 orchestral version—not the Stones’ original recording. Here’s the breakdown: Sample Clearance: The Verve licensed the sound recording but not the underlying composition (the Jagger/Richards melody). They argued their usage was minimal and transformative. Lawsuit: ABKCO, owned by Allen Klein (former Stones manager who controlled the rights), sued The Verve for exceeding the agreed-upon usage. The lawsuit resulted in: The Verve surrendering 100% of the song’s royalties. Jagger and Richards getting full writing credit. The Verve’s biggest hit financially benefiting the Stones’ camp. Aftermath: Richard Ashcroft, The Verve’s frontman, famously remarked it was “the best song Jagger and Richards have written in 20 years.” In 2019, Jagger and Richards finally returned the songwriting credits to Ashcroft and relinquished their claim on royalties, though it was decades too late financially. This is one of the most infamous cases of sampling rights disputes in music history.

  22. That's a Surly 1% Ballah there. ...or so you've been told...
  23. I stayed downtown at Hyatt Regency. I could see the Gameday set up and the stadiums from the hotel( they form up at Camden Yard and march to M&T.) I know this past year they did not do Gameday. There are plenty of restaurant options around the harbor area. Of course that's not the only spot, but it was SUPER convenient. Cadet son spent the night before the game and I drove him early to CY and came back to hotel & parked.
  24. You're choice at best.
