  1. Past hour
  2. I guess that means you won't be buying the book.
  3. That kind of obstinate historical revisionism--a result of either being delusional or a fucking dishonest liar--is why I put him on ignore several months ago, but that was regarding the ongoing Gaza genocide. Even if you just limit the accusation to ethnic cleansing by Israel, he denies it and brings up fantasy land bullshit. It's like talking to a brick wall, so I gave up and cut him off, refusing to engage the asshole any further.
  4. Buys time. And public perception wise it beats “I’m a hothead bully who likes to beat up on old men making 40k a year” Alcoholism tends to be forgiven in society
  5. Doesn't matter. Those CFP appearances bought him job security through 2026 and probably 2027.
  6. My apologies if I posted this somewhere on this site already but I had a pretty Gonzo weekend. This is at least the second relative of Miller's to disown him publicly. https://www.yahoo.com/news/articles/stephen-miller-own-cousin-disowned-004403550.html Stephen Miller’s Own Cousin Disowned ‘Face of Evil’ in Wrenching Post
  7. Trumpet, and sing (although not very well, but somebody's gotta do it...)
  8. Nebraska has been on a ridiculous tear. I don't think their last 4 opponents have even hit .100, and they haven't hit less than .300. The Big 10 still looks like a strong conference, but they don't have the powerhouses they used to have. Minnesota is in a free fall. This looks like a good but not great Wisconsin team. Penn State has imploded. Purdue is surprisingly good given all the talent they lost, but not great. None of the west coast teams are super impressive. The SEC has Texas and Kentucky. The ACC has Pitt, Louisville, and Stanford. Volleyball is always top heavy as a sport, but it feels even more so this year.
  9. We need a rule about citing Yudkowsky.
  10. I hope the Ukrainian drone pilot that eventually gets GR Horn is trans.
  11. @UTCzech III What instrument do you play? We almost had a polka band at our wedding
  12. This guy is in over his head. It's obvious. He'll be the head coach for one or two more seasons after this one and we'll have another reset, which is so sad given all the momentum we had going after the past couple of seasons and recent recruiting. There is no demand for internal accountability. Not pride in process-driven culture. No commitment to winning. For a guy who worked under Nick Saban, he should have learned a thing or two in these regards. Chew someones ass, demand the right things, be honest in PCs, and fucking truthfully assess what you have and what you need in terms of roster needs. No excuse for this shitty OL.
  13. the true story hasn't been revealed
  14. Speaking from personal experience, telling the cops I was so goddamn drunk I don't even remember fighting those guys, does not help you or get you out of trouble.
  15. There's literally no propaganda or AI generated bullshit that chickensandwich won't immediately believe. It's fascinating.
  16. Bologna cake, anyone?
  17. The more people who can get utterly fucked raises the odds from nil to unlikely that something might happen in the midterms, should we actually have midterms (which I doubt).
  18. Yep, and he said Arch made some great throws as did Chase Daniel. I think one throw Daniel said was "a throw not many NFL guys can make." I know Arch doesn't need me to make excuses for him, he's had some awful moments but even his first pick I think Mosely was held coming out of his break
  19. What starts here changes the world. Even if it is from Iowa State.
  20. I think it was during the press conference after the SJSU game when he took a question about Manning grimacing so much during the game while passing the ball, raising the possibility that he’d injured a shoulder. Sark said something to the effect of: "Arch is fine. I don't know why y'all are focused on his facial expressions. We don't worry about the faces y'all (reporters) make sitting on the toilet."
  21. Well if you are at the beach you want fat tire. And do you want to use the bike for your personal fitness, or just as transportation? Most of the legacy MFG are really fitness based, with electrical assist. What I would look for at the beach is how well sealed and water proof (resistant) the set up is. I wanted to buy one to take the Port A jetty boat to the North Jetty and ride north to Cedar Bayou. But that's a trip not to be made alone... If you are mainly riding on the street then maybe you could go with a skinnier tire? But I would go fat. The other thing to consider is whether or not the bike has a torque sensor. Which links the bikes performance to your effort on the pedals. All the bikes that are more fitness based use the torque sensor technology. There are three types of classes- Type 1 -you have to pedal, and max speed of 20mph. Type 2 - adds throttle option, instead of pedal only, up to 20 mph. Type 3 are higher speeds up to 28 mph and more like a scooter. The one thing I considered a lot was getting a bike with both front and rear wheel drive. As in sand and off road tougher conditions, the "2wd" allows both push and pull. Since I was going to use it for remote location fishing the second motor was something I thought I would need. What sort of frame? Do you want a step through, or a step over? If you every want to be lugging stuff on the back rack then a step through might be preferable. Finally I would look at the potential theft deterrent/ tracking options eight included or after market. I was going to pay for insurance as I thought they would be an easy steal to toss two grand into a truck and haul ass. I was looking at this brand, before I started to seriously consider all wheel drive. Aventon Adventure E bike link. $1500-$2K This guy fished the corpus /port a area and his bike is 2WD and is about $4K, but interesting to see him on off road on this trip
  22. that plate looks good i'll also guess they own their property
  23. Got denial of service due to traffic.
