    2025 Drunk Thread

I'm a few Irish coffees and a gummy into the day, so cheers motherfuckers!
  4. Based on her request of changes needed to continue working on the project, it sounds like behavior that would get most people fired from their job... https://www.npr.org/2024/12/22/nx-s1-5236870/blake-lively-justin-baldoni-it-ends-with-us
  5. I thought we already had a Korean BBQ thread?
  6. I'm pretty sure "butthole" is the collective noun for Austin City Council members.
  7. What has your experience been with maintenance for these?
  8. I learned from an episode of Sealab 2021 that Brits will trade nukes for some dentures and corn on the cob. https://sealab.fandom.com/wiki/Sealabian_Civil_War
  9. There's something about packing that many people just cannot handle- it breaks their brains. I don't understand it, but it seems to be a real thing. My ex-wife had that issue, and I also know adult males who are dumb as fuck about that simple task as well. At this point I've resigned my disappointment with these kind of people as ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (so long as it won't become my problem)

Yes he is. I'm still in touch with him somewhat regularly about all things disc golf, kayaking, and chili cookoff. Post-round beer at Live Oak today...

  14. Great series, and IIRC it won an Emmy or two recently. I watched it on HBO last year and absolutely loved it.
  15. I used to keep these posts to the drinking threads, but I'm a bit buzzed and here we are. Love y'all ❤️
  16. Yep, 3 of us. Following up with more drinks at Barton Springs Saloon right now
  17. Just finished up at Texas Chili Parlor- excellent as always
  18. With her bad knee she shouldn't throw anybody.
  19. I worked at TI during that era- in the Semiconductor group in Houston (DSPs specifically). The CEO (Jerry Junkins) died the same week I started, and Rich Templeton took over the Semiconductor group at that point... selling off everything non-SC. I'd graduated from college 3 weeks earlier so I had no idea what good leadership/management looked like at the time but he seemed sharp.
