Both great, would prefer a SA/DA with a hammer tho

Those “humpbacks” have thumb functioning hammers - they are just shrouded on the side of the frame.

Here’s a good deal for a Colt Cobra .38 Special - $669.99 with $100 rebate:

Anyone have experience with the RIX Storm S6?

Looking for a solid platform to hunt hogs at distance, and owner of the local is trying to sway my that direction.

I dont know anything about them. I run an AGM Rattler. They’re solid.

Don’t buy into the “600 yard” hype or whatever on thermals. This is a sub 200 yard game for the most part.

384 minimum. 640 preferred. I have a 35-384.

Yeah the flex on long distance is mostly spotting and Hail Marys… fully expect most engagements sub 200.

I was also looking at the Rattler but shop owner thinks this is better value.

It may be, I just don’t know.

There are only about 4-5 brands I would entertain owing but this isnt necessarily my wheelhouse knowledge wise.

If you want to talk DS1911’s, nobody moves more of those in the country than I do.
