Feels like we dodged a bullet there that it was only a single. That guy owns our ass. Every time they beat us he’s basically the reason why.

Espada is some kind of fucking idiot leaving Gusto in after he walked in a run

You didn't think he was an idiot before then?

Altuve caught the dogshit hitting virus from Yordan

What, is it bad to swing and strike out on a pitch that's a foot outside? And you're a veteran?  That's Enos Cabell territory

This game is over with a W if Dezenzo doesn’t go full retard in RF.

Cant argue with you there. On the other hand, if losing to the White Sox in 7 after having a 4-0 lead hinges on ZD making a play, you might have bigger issues.

We knew the outfield defense would take steps back this year (along with other elements). Jake Meyers is likely the best outfielder on our roster, so he'll likely keep his spot as a starter for outfield defense alone even if his batting average drops like a rock.

The OF should be Dezenzo, Meyers, and Smith until Alvarez is ready to play again. The fact that Espada thinks he is being smart by having a different lineup everyday is the reason this team will never do much with him leading it.

A real shit sandwich weekend between Astros losing this series, horns getting asses handed to them by piggy, and rockets season ending.

I actually think Cam smith is pretty good in RF. Chase is fine everywhere but he’s actually a really solid LF.
chas/Meyers/Smith is actually a really good defensive OF. But yeah, no need to say likely on meyers being the best OF defender on the team.

33 games into the season and we’re about where I thought we would be. I still see a 85-88 win season and maybe making the WC. I mean could we catch fire and push that total over 90? Sure I guess but we’re just not consistently good in all areas. Will we get back Javier or Garcia and will they even pitch to their old level? If we do even get them back and they do then we will be stacked in SP but our biggest issue like last year was scoring runs consistently and that isn’t gonna change much outside of a random hot streak.

Hopefully we’re in a good enough position to make some deadline trade to upgrade and make one last realistic run but I doubt it. 10 fucking great years are about over. Or already are.

It would be better if we wipe out and send out Framber, Okert, and maybe even Alvarez. Altuve is the DH moving forward. Get some lefty bats that play 2b/3b/cf.

I sure has hell hope this has been bothering him all year and that would explain why he's basically sucked dick all year and is an 86 ops+ guy.

Hopefully.  Imagine how good Yordan would be if he weren't made of glass.
