Maybe Aggy can schedule JMU in a consolation game.

At least a nonconference game in the future.

Shit, they aren’t going to risk another Appy State and schedule a former FCS powerhouse.

Coach Danling looks to have been partaking in all the culinary delights of Eugene Oregon…. Or did he get married in the last couple of years?

JAMES MADISON AND TULANE EACH HAVE INFINITELY MORE PLAYOFF TOUCHDOWNS THAN TEXAS FARMING AND WRENCHING UNIVERSITY.

Even more funny is JMU and Tulane did it against Oregon and Ole Miss. Poor aggy couldn't score on Miami.

I suppose the flagship schools could treat their other system schools as a farm team, but I really don't think anyone would go for this. School pride is still a thing, and I'm not sure Icarnate Word would be okay with being Baylor's farm team.

School pride but if they shared in some type of profits and their facilities were upgraded and they were a farm school they might? The kids may not mind. Yeah a lot think they are better than they are but if you didn’t get offers but were offered by a farm team with a direct pipeline to a school like Texas or Oregon or whatever you might see it different i guess? And the farm schools have their own league or whatever and can play for championships and are responsible for developing those diamonds in the rough like the Nibletts. And they get farmed up the school gets something in return. I am surprised states like Kansas and Oklahoma and Nebraska aren’t doing this or Wyoming or Idaho. It’s a quick way to get competitive and you just grab sophomores and juniors who are bigger and stronger from your farm team to fill the gaps and it gives the FBS school a chance to make the playoffs,

yeah I know run on sentences and punctuation but I’m tired. I just hate seeing teams like Oregon State fail in the current system. Kansas State had to decline a bowl bc they don’t have enough players. I realize most of y’all don’t care about them but it’s truly sad to me. Surely there is a fix?

I might have some empathy for Oregon State, but I will never feel sorry for those purple people formerly coached by the Purple Wizard himself.

They caused us too much trouble.

Well, he didn't get fat on elk so probably marriage.

Speaking of elk, what the fuck has Elko been dining on in that cultural wasteland? Whatasized quadruple Whataburger meals and triple super monsters from Freebirds?

=

"I am hoping that the Texas Tech football team is surprised by their matchups in the playoff - that complacency bias and experience asymmetry create conditions where Tech cannot prepare adequately for the upcoming match."

There is a Coco Shrimp there now.  Maybe it’s that.

Their rice is fantastic and I think it might be because they use a pound of butter per serving.  But I don’t care because it’s so good.  And hey, I’m supposed to work on more grains and seafood into my diet, so it’s practically healthy, right?

No, I hear what you're saying, and I follow your logic. Personally, I think it's a bridge too far, but my opinion holds zero weight. Also, I agree with you about the Oregon and Kansas States in the college football world. Hell, I don't think it's a secret, but being a Texas Tech (and also Texas) fan, I really want those kinds of teams to be competitive. The idea of an NFL Lite made up of just the B1G and SEC really turns me off.

Elko hangs out at the "Large Animal Clinic."

He has dibs on all of those that don't survive.

The Texas tech stuff though no one mentions they were playing a freshman QB v Arizona State bc their starting QB was hurt. And it’s not like they got blown out. Granted they didn’t have to play vs Skattebo but Arizona State isn’t a shitty team. Outside of Miami bc Crystal Ball is a simpleton the next rounds should be fun. Most will likely have predictable results but I think Oregon v Tech will be a blast. 💥

The hurt QB thing would hold more water if the starter was good.

I had to Google Coco Shrimp.

Want.

It’s worth it. Has anyone here tried Ling Wu Asian Restaurant in Austin area? It’s damned good. I was super impressed. Yum. Everything we tried was amazing.

One thing they didn’t do all season though was play with their food, they blew out most opponents thy played. Like they were supposed to I guess.

Other than Louisville, the one P5 team they played.

Wait. Louisville is a P5 team, right?

I was kinda rooting for JMU as the underdog. But now I want Oregon to make a statement. I want to see them get to the point where they run the clock continuously.

I think Oregon got a little pissed that JMU scored a td and want to run it up some more now.

I'm switching to Chicago vs GB. That game actually matters. And is competitive.

just kidding i've been watching both games the whole time
