Thanks a lot, Jordan. For making Danny Willett a major champion.

Willett alert - up to T6, -4 for the day

Is fox adding sound effects to when the putter hits the ball?  I mean, that just isn't what it sounds like. At all. Unless they are all playing Pinnacle golds with putters from the local mini golf place.

Or is it just way overamplified mic noise?

Spieth 7 straight pars..... gonna find out a lot about his temperament on tough #8 and #9

Gonna need to stay patient...  😕

Jordan had a par on both #8 and #9.... 9 straight pars

Thru 9 holes, Even for today's Rd,  and  -1

They’ve got mics in the cups. Might distort the sound of a putt being struck.

Before is last pair really gets going, I’m going to say anyone at -3 or better will be in good shape tomorrow.

So you think the front runners are gonna back up a little.... you might be right since lots of putts not going in today.

Weird thing is this might end up like the British Open a few years ago where Phil and Stenson battled it out during the stretch.  Could be Rose, Woodland and Koepka in 3 horse race. 🐎🐎🐎

Any idea what the average score is today so far?

10 Straight pars, then Double Bogey on #11 just hurt Jordan.     +2 on today's Rd..... and currently +1 for Tourney

Jordan needs a birdie soon....

Basically I’m ignoring woodland and thinking rose will shoot par today, and -7 or 8 will have the 54 hole lead whether it’s rose or not.

Then the usga won’t touch the greens, to encourage high scores tomorrow.

Thanks.  I hope they make a few pins easier tomorrow.  Would be great to see someone 4-5 shots back have a shot to break the 65 record.

i'm actually starting to get pissed off every time Woodland saves par.

I get pissed watching Aaron Wise play!!

He lost his match to Scottie Scheffler but Oregon still won NC over Texas because Beau was injured and no substitutions were allowed by NCAA at that time... So Texas had to forfeit Beau's match and lost 3-2 to Oregon.

Scottie Scheffler (Texas) DEFEATS Aaron Wise (Oregon) 4&3

For me it's still tied between Texas & Oregon.... 2-2

Greller got a par on #14 and #15.....

But bogey on #16...Par #17...1st Birdie on #18🤘

So +2 on today's Rd and a    73

+1 for the Tourney.
