  1. Past hour
  2. And they weren’t able to accomplish any of that until they found the King of Sizzle.
  3. Aggy is like the retarded Chael Sonnen of college football. At the end of the day, Chael was committed to a bit and his persona was a joke. Aggy is serious.
  4. I'm talking about the party. Build Back Better did not happen (fucking losers couldn't corral Manchin and Sinema). Immigration reform did not happen (fucking losers got outmanuevered by Trumpists and the courts that Dems allowed them to stack). In California, Gavin has governed as a centrist. This is his first foray into making promises and pretending to be bold. Until I see those congressional districts come into existence, it's sizzle.
  5. Again, Bruin, we do not kink shame here.
  6. Or, maybe, the two Dodge disciples will terrorize the SEC through rotations. DM will be on the field taking the top off the defense and they'll see him rotated out for McStud when he needs a break. Then, the opposing defense will get lax thinking "Oh boy, a white guy. Thank God! He can't possibly run faster than that closetojumping guy." Then, he too will proceed to take the top off the defense on a 75 yard TD down the sideline galloping along like a gazelle while singing that classic tune "Way down yonder on the Chatahoochee it gets hotter than a hoochie coochie."
  7. You haven't looked into this that deep but you're here yapping about it? Good fucking lord. Also below is part of Project Marvel as well. https://www.tpr.org/government-politics/2025-07-29/project-marvel-plans-include-renovating-former-courthouse-into-live-events-venue-but-local-artists-are-concerned
  8. It took a long time for the gentrification bug to bite around there. For a long time it was not somewhere you'd want to be at night. We can debate how much the dilapidated arena contributed to that. Before UTSA football, it really seemed to serve no purpose once the Spurs left. Even back then it wasn't ready for the NFL. Might need more than a facelift, but to be honest I haven't looked too deeply into what Project Marvel would do for it. The most common thing to happen is the prettier, shinier, bigger, better stadium gets built nextdoor and the old one gets demolished.
  9. Yes Sir!!! 🤘 15 DAYS!!!
  10. That stretch of the corridor from The Pearl area to the Riverwalk kind of reminds me of 35 in Austin about 10-15 years ago where everything was west of 35 but now days it's extended across to the east side.
  11. What specific “steak results” has Gavin whiffed on?
  12. Basically, he's Jordan's identical twin.
  13. Pretty telling that this thread has only 53 replies. Ho hum, another day, another mass killing.
  14. When your lower body is shaped like an upside down trapezium, gravity can take over.
  15. What is it going to take to get Tesla vehicles banned from the roads? They account for more accidents per capita than any other auto manufacturer, and their accident rate continues to increase annually. Tesla vehicles operating the self-driving feature alone are responsible for significant numbers of fatalities, and the NTSB claims these numbers are artificially low. The reality is that they are inherently unsafe and create a danger on the road for all of us. Where is Ralph Nader? Tort reform has limited citizens' ability to combat communal hazards like this, so we need to explore another approach. None of this is a state secret, so at this point, I assume anyone driving a Tesla is either an oblivious dumbass, caught up in the weird politics of it all, or has a disgusting level of indifference toward their fellow man. The number of parents buying these death traps for their teen drivers is genuinely shocking. You fuckers are driving the modern-day equivalent of the Ford Pinto, and the worst of you are putting your children in them. Wake up.
  16. I'm arguing with @Had Enough that we agree. Also, I'm admitting some personal preferences in my dating choices, but in a subdued manner. So, I'm not really sure.
  17. The settlement of the opposition is not a public document, but it appears that Baylor failed to explicitly curtail use of the interlocking BU, despite your summary of usage above appearing to be accurate. Another super-bizarre thing, Baylor applied to register a block black interlocking BU for educational services in about 2020 on an intent-to-use basis, meaning they did not claim that they had used it. They eventually filed a statement of use claiming first use in 1931. That's a big ol what the fuck. Boston U also extended time to oppose that registration, but ultimately did not oppose. Bit of a clown show on both sides, despite Pirkey Barber repping Baylor.
  18. take the advice from above to go get fitted. They will give you a specification of shaft stiffness, shaft length and lie & loft angles. You can have many places adjust your new set if need be. Regarding 5-3i. a beginner and someone over 50 very likely has no need for anything over a 6-7i. As a completely out of my ass statistic, its probably 3 times as easy to hit a 4 hybrid 190 yards than it is a 4 iron. (cue argument with someone claiming to crush 4 hybrids 220yds)
  19. Yep, this is where I'm at as well.
  20. From what I've been told, she thinks she is a lot smarter than she is. With regard to the area around the dome... Project Marvel is supposed to connect all that. And there has been a a lot more development near the Alamodome than you are giving credit for. It's not necessarily because of the Alamodome, but it doesn't hurt that it's there.
  21. Awesome Tylerocks!! 🤘 Here's larger in black & white 15 DAYS
  22. He's a bit of a smartass and basically stole this whole interview.
  23. Wait. He also plays guitar? Wow. He will set the single season yardage record at Texas.
