Arch was our leading rusher. Glory hound. I know it’s hard to run when you can’t pass but Qb needs a running game

The bigger issue for me is that it takes time with an OL that does not block well. Speaking more to this game in particular, where it was obvious the OL was struggling. As people have pointed out Sark's play book is a bit extreme. It is generally screen or deeper shots (Sark loves that Post/Dover concept and every defense knows it). Need to find some standard short/intermediate passing game. Anything requiring 3 seconds to run is going to be questionable vs decent DLs in the SEC. (Florida had more pressure in this game, than they had all season prior)

Would pay good money to see mongoose vs primal predator Ethan McNeely.

Beer 2025: sith_horn drinking more than the rest of us combined

Australian Kiss, Turning Point Brewery, 8.7% Double Hazy I love this beer, reminds me of the Other Half beers, nice and dry and crushable for a Double -
You referenced being an alcoholic and the insanity of doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. While I do think it relevant, I think the more applicable item here is the control aspect. Sark is unwilling, despite results, to relinquish control of the offense. Instead, he chooses to believe he is capable of both and his ego has gotten the better of his logic and reasoning. As I see it, the only thing that will change this is CDC flexing control, sitting Sark down and telling him to bring in a new staff to run the offense completely or option b is winning an NC in 2026 or lose his job. Put a clock on it with extreme goals. Dunno what Sark will choose, but it's the only way this gets fixed.

ARSMF already up another 45% on the day so far. Fingers crossed for $2 by EOY.

i'm okay with another season, but only with a completely different task force other than ruffalo. that team is boring and wet behind the ears. grasso will be dead or in prison, and the other two are uninteresting.

A potential matchup with former Horn Auburn Tomkinson (Illinois) in round 2 and former Horn Averi Carlson (SMU) in round 3 And another Stanford matchup in the Regional Final - that is becoming a bit predictable over the years

Was rare to see at college games until covid ended. Now sitting in front of the 60 inch is the best seat. I wouldn't accept free tickets to an NFL game let alone pay for some.

It's way more than half. The idiots, that is.

He's a real testament to the short attention span of Americans. Dude being outed as a white supremacist during Trump's first term was a big news story for a couple weeks and then everyone just forgot immediately.

I'm not handwaving this away as no big deal. I'm saying the reason it's not everywhere is both a good thing and a non issue because Stephen Miller is a fucking idiot stooge no one knows about.

That was a very deft duck before he started hammering the head. He knows what he is doing. I don't think this was so common 40 years ago. I don't want to be anywhere near it.

Texas Football 2025 - Seven Win Steve Rides Again
Mdhorn replied to closetojumping's topic in Football
The offensive line has cost them in the playoffs the last two years, especially in the red zone, and the oline has regressed. That’s not a RB issue, unless that guy can fly. But to run through defenders immediately in the backfield is a tall order. And until this gets addressed, it’s hard to see quality wins. edit: -

sorry but the O line is severely lacking in talent and athleticism. As does the RB room. -

Some of the cars could've made a different decision in that split second, and he may or may not have been convicted of the original charges, but he was the cause for the chain of events. If you watch that video, the green charger is the first thing the witnesses start blaming. He knew he probably caused it. He left the scene and immediately called an attorney. Very sad that he felt the need to take his life, especially before this played out. Will never know what was going through his head. I bet he could've plead the charges down. -
My understanding of Utah law (read up on it a bit) is that they will be presenting their mini-case (which both sides agreed to) in the next court hearing. So until then there won’t be any real leaks. They put out a ton of information in their first court deal. A lot more than I was expecting to get. So they are expected to put out essentially a mini case coming up at the next court hearing.

Stephen Miller can't even get the shit he wants done WITH trump. Imagine a world without him, any political person will just run him out of town so fast his head will spin. I get it these are dangerous times and things are not good, but stop acting like this guy is somebody because CNN will have him on or because he's all that's left in this collapsing orbit where bondi is having meltdowns and nothing is going right. We are a bubble pop away from regaining sanity. It would be nice if people cared but they don't stop trying to make fetch happen. Yeah fucking exactly
