Nike sold over $7B in Jordan brand gear last year. His cut from Nike ($350M) is probably more than the total revenue they generate from lebron's shit. I agree that its sort of ridiculous to have a basketball player silhouette on other sports gear, but lets not pretend that Lebron is even in the same universe of marketing relevance as MJ.

White men aren’t being discriminated against, but they’re being constantly told that they are.

I only saw the KO and was like oh shit that was a serious punch. The double broken jaw is hilarious. Fucked him up. He's done.
-
No. It’s just unfunny, tired, and as low IQ as you are.
-
We also nearly lost to Arizona State last year because of the defense getting carved up.

TIL there’s something called fraud tourism. Congrats, Minnesota.

Fraud? Trump loves that, pardons fraudsters all the time. -
That was a serious shot. He gets props for literally taking one on the chin. Boxing didnt exactly have a sterling sporting reputation to have lost anything from that freak show taking place. It’s entertainment and you all watched and talked about it. Myself included. On a related note Jake’s former opponent Tyron Woodley took another L from 50 year old fellow former UFC champ Anderson Silva

This absolute madman choosing an outside table at night in Minneapolis in December Bitchass aggy Caruso will be guest picker for College Gameday. Morning after taking a big L. You love to see it

We gave up 37 points against a very good offense. In the 3rd quarter our offense ran 5 plays on 2 drives, including a fumble. We also fumbled in the 4th quarter and failed to convert in the red zone to win the game. Im not sure how long youve been watching football, but thats not even close to the Top 50 worst defensive efforts in the last 30 years. Dont make me have to look back at box scores. Post Jonathan Brooks injury, its been frustrating to watch this offense. But this defense always gave us a chance and when they werent exceptional it was a surprise. All that said, PK’s secondary coaches have been below average. He had nothing to do with the first bunch, and maybe he vouched for Akina. I dunno

BOOM MOTHER FUCKER - Will Muschamp's Triumphant Return

PK should be remembered fondly as a great DC who oversaw some excellent Texas defenses and left the defense in a much better place than he found it. But it is undeniable that tying the secondary to the front was a persistent issue, and the only truly excellent defense Texas fielded had Barron, Mukuba, and Taaffe - three highly intelligent, very experienced players - running the secondary. PK's greatest strength was in his willingness/ability to collaborate. He was truly a low ego coach in a profession and era where egos run rampant. The downside of his approach is that the defense often suffered from the "too many cooks in the kitchen" dynamic. You know that old saying, that a camel is a horse made by committee? The Texas defense frequently embodied that saying, in my view. FWIW, I am a fan of this move. I think it takes guts to move on from a very successful coordinator, and I understand it can be read as either bold or desperate. I do think PK's bend don't break style is a better match for teams without access to elite talent, and not as effective against disciplined, talented offenses that top teams tend to have. One of my low key bigger worries for next year was having Tennessee and Miss St on the schedule, given PK's known struggle against the veer and shoot (especially with TN being the first road game of the year). I will never, ever, ever understand why Texas didn't pressure a gimpy Lagway - and in some ways, that decision/gameplan/unwillingness to adapt cost Texas the playoff. Staff continuity is a good things in many ways, but it can also lead to stagnation. Texas had gotten too comfortable, in my opinion, and since Bo Davis left lacked a true ass kicking voice. I think - beyond just being a good and experience coordinator - Muschamp will bring a lot of needed intangibles to the program. -

This video showed their true belief but they and the rest of the media go right back to talking up their amazing home field advantage. It's been everywhere this week.

Did you not watch the last 3rd of the season? The Dude is toast and probably cost us spot in the play-offs. He can go be a mind miniature somewhere else. Also the other MLB teams may be seeing this themselves. The season started to unravel after his comments about the coaches and players.

Single (or even two) passenger car trips do not scale up well enough to replace public transit. Put 40 people from some rando bus in individual cars and see how quickly your road space fills up. Now do that for every person in every bus/train. Those Waymos ain't going anywhere fast in the parking lots every road would quickly become. That's in a city like Austin - it would be exponentially worse in a San Francisco or Seattle where topography limits the road space to begin with. That's one reason most of us in cities like that use transit at least on some of our trips. I drive for some things, take the train (or bus) for others simply due to traffic and/or parking issues at the other end. Waymos are great for the "last mile" trips, for certain point-to-point trips where transit routes or schedules don't work, and for local errands/bar nights etc., and may even be useful enough in some circumstances to allow a family to have one fewer car. They definitely have a place in a city's transportation options. Just remember, though - every person in that bus or train is someone who isn't on the road making traffic even worse - even if it's in a Waymo.

Why didn’t Muschamp join when Sark was initially hired? I keep seeing that he was Sark’s 1st choice but don’t know why it took him 5 years to get here.
