Very cool. Ethan Hawke singing "John Brown's Body" was funnier if you knew that he played Brown in Good Lord Bird.

The Cliff Booth white outfit from Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is a true classic. It perfectly reflects his laid-back, cool personality while still being effortlessly stylish. The clean white look with the retro vibe makes it stand out as one of the most memorable outfits from the film. No wonder the Cliff Booth white outfit has become such an iconic piece of movie fashion.

whose name was on the palm of your glove growing up?
CycleTex87 replied to Derka's topic in Baseball
I had a Dale Murphy, but I’m pretty sure that’s in my softball glove from college. Next time I’m up at my Mom’s house, she still has my old kid’s glove from the 70’s in a closet. That Buckner play I remember so well. Growing up in the pre-500 TV sports channel era of course we watched whatever live sporting event was on TV. There’s just a few plays like that that were electric in the moment that created lifelong memories. John McEnroe and Borg at Wimbledon for instance. What are some others? - Today

Sterlin Harjo’s new show ‘The Lowdown’ coming to FX
Sweetnsourpoke replied to C-Man's topic in Movies and TV
Seems like a good show so far. I did some background work on this show for a few days and was involved in the funeral scene and wake which was shot at the First Baptist Church North Tulsa on Greenwood back in May. Was really impressed with Sterlin Harjo. He actually spent time directing and chatting with extras. Very laidback guy who seems to really love what he does. During the reception scene, Harjo came up and told me to take my phone out and act like I was filming the confrontation. Of course, you’re not supposed to have a camera on set. But after a few takes, I decided - what the heck - and turned my phone on and filmed a few takes. -

How the fuck is that what they're demanding with all that's going on? How about "get the fucking military out of our peaceful cities, you fascist closeted polesmokers, then maybe we'll come to the table." -

Fishing Megathread: Looking For Big Girls Who swallow
UpperWestside replied to Mac8111's topic in Hobbies
I don't have any gigantic fish to post here, but I do love to fish. If any of y'all ever stop through Oahu and want a totally relaxing day of shore fishing, there's a spot I go to at Waimanalo Beach. I swim my line out about a 100 yards or so and drop it with 3-5 oz. triangle sinker. I am a patient fisherman so I just put some squid or cut bait on the line and enjoy the day and usually bring a book to read until I hear the line start to go out quickly. -
