  2. It seems there's a general excitement for the next BF, but some of the experienced podcasts that I listen to (Gerstmann, Nextlander, etc...) are wondering how exactly it can draw people in 2025. The gaming world is a different place than it was in the era BF2 & 3. I'll 100% play it though if it's anything like a new version of those games.
  3. Dick Riding by The Atavistic Waterheads was one of the top punk albums of the early 80’s . I saw them in person at Raul’s, got shanked, but it was worth it.
  4. Yes, it's easy to argue that inflation has been defeated since January 20, 2025 if you ignore all the reality surrounding your claim. Prices are going up, and tariffs are driving that. https://www.reuters.com/business/us-inflation-expected-rise-june-with-tariff-driven-price-hikes-2025-07-15/ (apologies for using this rag of a publication, next to no factual reporting from them unfortuantely) Further, you didn't bring any data or anything aside from your assertion, so I'm not sure how you'd like me to respond aside from going "ahyup okeydoke". Most tariff regimes take months to show impact, we're only just now seeing the first wave of price pass-throughs. But yes, of course. Anyone who disagrees is mentally ill. Such incredible community building that's not toxic, wow.
  5. How far up???? The god that you spoke with isn’t even our God….
  6. This is one way to look at it. But another is that, just like scholarships, revenue paid directly to athletes is another manner to influence and affect educational opportunity offered to women vs. men. And if more money is being paid to men, or men's sports, then you're right back in the middle of a Title IX issue. None of them are employees, they're still considered students, so Title IX implications could still be in effect. I expect plenty of Title IX cases to be filed, and so I suppose the courts will have their say in the matter.
  7. Enter the kill zone: Ukraine's drone-infested front slows Russian advance - Reuters Link Long article but it dives deeply into the specifics of drones, drone strategy, results and changes of drones, US engagement, what has and has not changed in US engagement, and finally what Ukraine is hoping to get from the US. Not a lot of new info but good in depth information and pretty even keel.
  8. The real unfortunate thing is we're on this dipshits 500th stroke, and sadly he's still going strong.
  9. Rds today taking over 5 1/2 hours to play... crazy πŸ™„
  10. Copying and pasting the same outraged posts never gets old.* *For them.
  11. they have top men working on it. top. men.
  12. Yeah. I remember when I had my first stroke.

  14. Nick Saban basically skull fucked the nation, but particularly the SEC, into having to just accept the fact that Alabama was a tough beat because they put guys in the league, and they played the game. It took the greater part of a decade, but it finally got normalized. I look forward to Texas normalizing that shit sooner, rather than later. Wolk seems to get it, and can read the obvious as fuck tea leaves. One more year of exciting draft returns for Texas, and we could be looking at the bullshit, surface level excuses of "Texas only wins recruiting battles because of money" and "Texas doesn't develop players" and "We don't want mercenaries." I cant speak to how Championships will fall in Texas's favor, but I know that eventually, even the dumbest motherfuckers, will have no choice but to accept that Texas is developing talent at a high motherfucking rate and Austin is a great place to play ball if you want a future in the NFL...and money now. I can't wait. Those fucking toothless SEC hayseeds basically incepted themselves to accept the reality that Alabama and Nick Saban were real, and their was an entire cognitive movement around SEC dick-riding by those atavistic waterheads to have to accept that reality without killing themselves. Because at least Alabama was one of them, right? No one views Texas as "one of us," and more importantly, Texas doesn't view the rest of them as peers, either. We're never going to join their little double digit IQ club, and they won't be able to handle it when we're crushing recruiting, getting dudes drafted, and playing for titles. Their brains will explode. It will be the most bitter dick they've ever tasted, and I am fucking HERE for it. And even better, aTm will almost certainly try to keep saying "See I told you so" to those goobers for some semblance of acceptance, and the rest of the SEC is going to reject the fuck out of them too. This is the inevitable end, and we're already seeing the beginnings of it with every single "I hate what the game has become" take on their fucking boards that coincides with whatever lie they're telling themselves currently to get through the day as reality starts to set in. Enjoy the lies you're telling to yourself now, boys, because sunlight is coming and there won't be any dark corner of your dim mind where you'll be able to hide from reality.
  15. Hilarious he left us out when we are 2x all of those combined.
