2028: Chickens come home to roost
-
Dallas and Knoxville are on the plate for next year.
-
They always switch to challenges that favor the lightest players at the end and women and small men win them all.
-
That's not all wrong, but study seems to indicate that it's not a material issue. There always have been and always will be people with a "freeloader" mentality, in every system. Note that many of these people are at the TOP of the ladder as well. That said, there are some complex risks and downsides with charity that are related to the kind of "takeaway" that you are concerned about. This is a really good and important read:

A young African American democratic woman candidate is going to get crushed in a general. She’s got a snowball’s chance in hell. A vaguely Hispanic man without an accent but speaks Spanish fluently OR a Hard-as-nails, no guff liberal grandma type are the only type of candidate that even has a shot in a general. And it would require Roy Moore amounts of immolation by the candidate with an R by their name. Anything short of that and it’s a lock.
-
Presumably Moore had some idea that an investigation was underway. Is there any chance an investigation wouldn't at least give him a chance to explain his side, even as a last step before completing the investigation? Is it possible that the side chick cooperated with the investigation and Moore only found out as he was shown the door?

Just worry about us, like you said

Star Wars: Fate of the Old Republic (by Casey Hudson, creator of Mass Effect, will be a single player action RPG)

So…all aggy has to do is beat #2 Louisville….then #1 Nebraska to make it to the final 4…..I don’t see that happening. We have to take care of business. Lots of good teams still out there.
-
Based on pretty significant damage done today, I’m going to add some more UUUU and EOSE to my stash.

We need to require a Congressional approval for pardons. Pardons and commutations are good in principle in allowing a President to right a wrong but the abuses are growing too much. An amendment is needed that should require the House to vote on the pardon/commutation at the beginning of its next quorum. First vote of the day. And not just a voice vote but require an actual vote. Force them to put their name on it. And no pardons allowed in the period between 1 week prior to election day and the new congress, including new President is inaugurated.

Exodus: Mega Man: Dual Override:

Georgia has seven home games, one neutral site game (albeit in ATL) and four road games next season. That's exactly what we have as well.
-
Game Awards were last night. Clair Obscur pretty much swept, winning almost every major category, including Game of the Year. Not a big surprise there. As usual, there were teasers and announcements for upcoming games: Tomb Raider: Catalyst (2027) Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis (2026)

Why do some now view apologizing as a sign of weakness?
-
Hopefully, we never will. Pussies.
