Doomlet found the night vision scene uproarious, even though I suspect that at least parts/aspects of it were a little beyond his understanding. The voiceovers about Pamela Anderson's butt were the funniest things in my opinion. -
You can disagree with anything you like. Doesn't really change the real world evidence.

They intentionally walked a kid with the bases loaded, putting the winning run on base, and the next kid drove them all in? Was Aaron Boone the Florida manager?

I’ve had 4 or 5 shots. Had COVID twice. Both times thankfully were mild. Agree to disagree on your takes regarding novavax and mrna tech.

Yep. Mainly the shift in Hispanic men. Turbo fucks all the calculations if it’s permanent. Could easily change once Trump is out. A lot of the blue collar machismo guys like Trumps bravado but wouldn’t give two shits about a guy like Vance.

How many shots did you take and how many times did you have COVID? mRNA tech needs to be kept in the stable, the rapid response capability is important. But it has not proven out to be a particularly durable solution. We need sterilizing vaccines, IgA eliciting nasally administered vaccines, and traditional subunit protein vaccines to round out. Everyone should now be basically transitioning to novavax for covid until a nasally administered sterilizing vaccine comes to market. Shifting the research dollars is appropriate, but mRNA needs to be kept in the back pocket.

Supposedly AD has been the star of Colts camp this year. The Athletic had a write up on him today.

You can only watch movies of a single year the rest of your life.
UTGrad98 replied to UTGrad98's topic in Movies and TV
See, I could rewatch the Matrix a thousand times. Great rewatchable movie. The others, while they may be good, I'd have little desire to see them but maybe 1 time. So 1999 might have just 1 movie I'd put down on my list if I were ranking these years. -
For the last year or so I’ve been spending a couple days a week in the Bay Area for work. I wish I had thought of it earlier, but I finally brought a bike out there in July to explore. Most weeks I can fit in 2 rides. For the birthplace of mountain biking there is a surprisingly low amount of purpose built bike trails in the area. Lots of hiking trails, most of which don’t allow bikes. The ones that do are often loose gravel, sharp turns, no berms, etc.. A lot of what I find on YT, Reddit, MTBR, etc. turns out to be fire roads. Marin County in particular is in the middle of a years long court battle against hiking groups for trail access. But I’ve checked out trail systems from Santa Cruz to Marin, Mt Diablo, Livermore and found a few gems. Still a few more spots to check out before I zero in on the ones I like and stick to them. This week the bike was squealing like a stuck pig. I thought it was just due for a shock service but then found a crack in the rear triangle where the seat stays connect to each other. The local shop says Trek will warranty it but they haven’t asked if I’m the original owner, and I’m not. We’ll see. I didn’t bring out the GoPro until this past week so I only have footage from one ride. Video to follow once I get it uploaded. In the meantime, here are some shots of my bike leaning against stuff. Most of these are in the hills above Oakland and on the Coastal Trail in the Marin Headlands

The thing about helping Kerrville is that our state leaders are preoccupied with redrawing congressional districts. If people want actual help and accountability in the wake of a tragedy, make better decisions at the ballot box.

Jersey Mikes is better. Howevah….I love a JJ’s because it reminds me of my own homemade sammich in high school of one $.99 loaf of Gerland’s (grocery store) fresh french bread and add ham and cheese. That fresh french bread was so damn awesome and JJ is the closest thing to that. One time I saw them actually gouging out the center of the bread before making the sandwich and I said “hold up, put that bread back in there”.

Be careful with that thing fellas. Even on low the pressure is solid enough to cause some over spray splashing if you don't get the positioning right. I'd highly recommend practicing with it a few times at home before you are ready to take the show on the road. I'm also not comfortable reassembling it and storing it for next usage without a little rinse or through pat down with a wipe. Who knows what really goes on under there.

Most of the meme and gif responses in this site are movie quotes. None of them are from recent movies. so why is that?
