That sucked, we lost fair and square. Second hardest lost after 2011 @ ISU. Of course, my problem with Baylor isn't wins and losses, it's that part where they covered up and enabled players to commit multiple rapes over several years and the head coach let it happen because they were playing well. Oh and the other part where a basketball player murdered another basketball player and the head coach instructed his players to lie and defame the deceased to avoid being caught committing recruiting violations.

Imagine caring or being hurt by what a kid does during their commitment ceremony, or even watching one of those in general. You guys have no lives. -

The people who are scared of the CR most are not paying attention to this, well, most of them. Some are cheering stuff like this on.. -

Tim Dillon had the most spot on take about Austin and the Austin comedy scene I’ve ever heard. Shane has nothing on Dillons authenticity

I get it, and it's frustrating as shit. "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink." Bullshit. You shove a hose down his neck and make him, in this instance. It's a regional public safety matter, and the State should take the lead. As it stands now, the patchwork quilt of flooding mitigation has too many holes in it. Some local governments have stepped up, but Kerr County made a conscious decision not to do so. Don't give them an option to be short-sighted and stingy fuckheads. None of the entities at any level (city, county, state) want any responsibility or accountability in this, which, ironically, makes them all fucking culpable. State leaders have been warned about it, and planners have been requesting it from all levels of government. Likely, what will happen is that they patch up a couple of holes and call it a day until the next tragedy in 5-10 years, when another Hill Country town gets flooded.

The argument for has always been to bring in the Metroplex, but in my mind that has been about as accurate as you bring in UH for the Houston market. Same thing historically has gone for SMU as well which brings us back to the uncomfortable truth this isn't about competition, the pageantry of college sports, rivalries and all that bull shit and cut to the chase it is simply about money and greed. The only question to me is how much longer until members of the SEC and the Big 1 0 start to turn on each other for bigger pieces of the pie because I have seen this story before and in the end the knives will come out.

I say let them have their fun. For the vast majority of them, it's the last time they'll be in the spotlight before disappearing and sitting on the bench for three years before they portal to Sam Houston State. -

In all seriousness that is a very broken person whom society has let down. People need community and they need a sense of purpose and belonging to something bigger than themselves. Organized religion, for all of its many flaws, once filled that need. So did bowling leagues and Freemasonry. For some of us, volunteering or work or even this board fills that need. For some of these people MAGA fills that need. I see those people as victims in an epidemic of isolation and loneliness, even if they aren’t blameless. When Talarico was on Rogan he said something to the effect that you can only love god as much as you love the person who you love the least. That’s a a Christian perspective. But regardless of the Christianity involved, can we honestly look at that person and not see someone in pain? I can’t.

I'm still a little, um, fuzzy on the accusations. Of sedition and treason. Because on his way out the door in 2016, Obama... um.... yeah what did he do again? Turned over power peacefully?

So now that we're at the point of ICE entering schools and their coaches standing up against the feds saying they'll die before they let their kids be taken, I hope you're paying attention. -
Ah yes, the belief that it was all about censorship. Colbert wishes he was the Smother's Brothers and if I remember correctly there was no delay on ending the show. Why not simply pull the plug on live shows and fill the time with reruns if CBS is so afraid of what he might say and the repercussions? Seriously, if you are getting less than 2M per show as reported how much more are you going to lose by switching to the best of for the remainder of the tenure.

How could you fight them? Even if you were able to stop them from getting in, good chance you'll eventually get prosecuted for doing it while they get pardoned. -
