  2. Love the people who hear conflicting info and think it adds credibility. Quantity over quality baby. One person said it's Golden, someone else said it's Worthy, mufuckas out here just naming Longhorn WR's so hey yeah sounds legit!
  3. Might want to brush up on the middle 19th century
  4. I mean Sark isn’t crushing it this year but it we be pretty hard for all those schools to get coaches better than him during this/any cycle.
  5. One major problem is the audience.
  6. You’re an attorney. You know that he did not actually deny anything in his statements.
  7. I will be at DKR and I will be salty as fuck. I just still can't believe that we went from preseason #1 with a Heisman candidate QB to being excited to see the backup QB and hoping we can pull off a miracle against... *checks notes* Vanderbilt... But I do think we're gonna get this one. The defense rebounded from its last bad outing by stonewalling ou. So let's stonewall Vandy.

  9. Fucking hated Jim Tressel's 2002 and 2003 OSU teams because it seemed like they barely squeaked out wins against almost any opponent they had. By the skin of their teeth, one team won a natty and the other finished 11-2. I want Texas to be like those teams.
  10. She is β€œalways” right.
  11. challenge accepted.
  12. So she is 50% right. I'll take it

  14. Ukraine destroys Russian Buk air defense system worth $45 million, military says October 27, 2025 6:13 am by Abbey Fenbert Ukrainian forces successfully detected and destroyed a state-of-the-art Russian Buk-M3 anti-aircraft missile system valued at $45 million, Ukraine's Land Forces reported on Oct. 26. The Buk-M3 is one of Russia's key air defense assets, used to engage targets in the air, on the ground, and on the water. Ukraine's "Black Forest" brigade struck the target at an unspecified location, the military said. The brigade shared video footage of the operation. The Buk is a self-propelled, medium-range surface-to-air missile system, first developed by the Soviet Union in the 1970s. In the decades since, the Soviet Union and then Russia developed several upgraded versions. The Buk-M3 is manufactured by Russia's Almaz-Antey defense company, and canreportedly track and engage up to 36 targets simultaneously. The system is designed to target planes, helicopters, cruise missiles, and drones. The Buk gained worldwide infamy in 2014 with the downing of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17. Ukraine has reported destroying Russian Buk systems in previous strikes. In September, Ukraine's military intelligence agency (HUR) reported a successful hit on a Buk-M3 in the Russian-occupied part Zaporizhzhia Oblast. In May, Ukraine's Special Operations Forces said they destroyed a Buk-M3 in an undisclosed front-line sector.
  15. I remember when you knew Urban Meyer was our coach, too.
  16. Vaxxed??
  17. Here’s a bombshell. Taylor Sheridan β€” the cowboy-poet turned television emperor β€” is leaving Skydance-owned Paramount. He’s decided to exit and sign a new deal at NBCUniversal. You can’t really blame him. According to Puck’s Matt Belloni, Sheridan, who built the house of β€œYellowstone”; and then some, is not happy with Paramount’s new brass, led by Cindy Holland. They started nitpicking his budgets β€” which can hit $20M an episode β€” and even tried to interfere with an unrelated film deal Sheridan had already made at Warner Bros. Sheridan’s bolting for NBCUniversal in a deal so large it borders on the ridiculous β€” a five-year, nine-figure TV pact beginning in 2028, paired with an eight-year film arrangement that kicks off in March. Universal has now nabbed the most successful television auteur of the past decade, plus his whole empire, including 101 Studios. https://www.worldofreel.com/blog/2025/10/26/taylor-sheridan-exits-paramount
  18. in the original Godfather, the 4-masted barque Moshulu was shown in front of Ellis Island when Vito Corleone snuck away to America in 1901. however, that ship was not christened until 1904, and only to work the grain trade in Australia. it would not have ferried people or otherwise made berth in New York. today the ship is permanently docked in Philadelphia to serve as a floating restaurant.
  19. Crack head was awesome. He played that character perfectly.
  20. People give in to their worst inner impulses. Hate for others is the driver here. It’s not shocking to me in all honesty and it’s because we see this happen over and over throughout history. Once enough people latch onto an idea or movement, no matter how ridiculous or destructive it is or will be, people ride it out until it collapses. We are not a special people. We never have been. That this took 250 years to happen is probably the part that is shocking considering our history as a country. I told the woman at work that I mentioned that I will never forget TFG telling people to vote for him in 2024 because β€œwhat the hell do you have to lose?” She just looks at me and says β€œa lot.”

  22. Yeah of course the people that paid money for the Spurs would most likely be in support of nearly anything that the Spurs themselves are in favor of. The majority that are against the Prop A and B are those that do not give a shit about the Spurs or basketball/sports in general. So at the very least you'd think they would be neutral to it since Spurs playing in downtown does not affect them nor will their local city taxes go directly to the building of the new arena. But the dumbfucks at COPSMETRO and others want to rain on everyone else's parade and have stubbornly justified their stance on false talking points like "I don't want my money going to billionaires". That's why when I try to talk about Project Marvel to these people, I don't talk about Spurs or basketball. But instead talk about how other shit that they might actually care about is impacted from conventions at the Convention Center to big events and major concerts at the Alamodome. And all of that shit the Spurs have agreed to invest $500 million towards.
  23. well technically they only said it once, they just showed it 3x.
  24. normally i wouldn’t take medical advice from a non-doctor on twitter, but this guy seems to know his stuff.
  25. I can vouch for futureman, he's an asshole to everyone.
