  1. The show is now in limbo as the cast have all been released from their contracts. This sucks huge ass, I love this show. https://www.etonline.com/mindhunter-cast-released-from-contracts-as-show-is-put-on-indefinite-hold-139647
  2. There's talk that Ford has been considering spinning Mustang off as a stand-alone brand. Not a great idea IMO but if they do, they'll need a few new models.
  3. The apple slo-mo selfies need to die. Also the gangly fuck dancing in the aisle after drinking pepsi.
  4. He's got a great coke hook-up? If Riley takes another transfer QB, I don't see how he's gonna recruit anymore QBs. Why would they believe they'd ever get to play?
  5. I went to high school with A.J., so this hits close to home.
  6. I knew he used to be the president of the arena league. Didn't know about his political background. 6'9, BTW. Carl David Baker (born February 16, 1953) is the President and CEO of the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio.[4] In his first three years of leadership at the Hall, the organization's net assets grew 161%.[5] He was also instrumental in the inception of Johnson Controls Hall of Fame Village, a nearly $800 million mixed-use development surrounding the Hall of Fame now led by Hall of Fame Village CEO Michael Crawford.[6][7][8] On November 28, 2017, Baker received the March of Dimes Sports Leadership Award.[9] Baker left his early political career after being convicted of forgery in California and became the fourth commissioner of the Arena Football League (AFL). He started in the league as the owner of the Anaheim Piranhas, which he left after a single season of owning the team to become commissioner.[10] One of his more imposing features is his size – 6 feet 9 and-a-half inches tall and 400 pounds.[11] He was a power forward at UC-Irvine from 1971–75 and played two seasons of professional basketball in Europe. Later, Baker attended Pepperdine University School of Law where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review. He was a City Councilman of Irvine, California.[12] Baker resigned as Arena Football League Commissioner at ArenaBowl XXII, on July 25, 2008 after 11.5 years as commissioner of the AFL.[13] He was Managing Partner from 2009 to 2014 for Union Village,[14] an integrated health care village in Henderson, Nevada.[4] On January 2, 2014, he was announced as the President of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.[15]
  7. He threw the ball 59 times, I should hope he got 350 out of that.
  8. A Mustang Mach-E was spotted at a Burger King in California. https://imgur.com/gallery/JwYCnPF
  9. Wife got a new job, so we celebrated last night. This has been a great month so far.
  10. I guy I used to work for told me this tale about 15 years ago: he was dating a chick who's father was an oil exec (we're all in OKC BTW). Her dad went to this party and Boren was there getting hammered. Boren proceeded to try and put the moves on this chick's dad, who abruptly made a beeline for the exit. He said the guy was pretty much done with being around Boren after that.
  11. Mine likes to recap her conversations but she tells me every single thing that was said: "I told her what I heard and she was like 'OMG' and I said 'yep' and she said 'I can't believe it' and I said 'I know' and she said 'that's crazy!' and I'm like "totally!'. Then she had to go so I said bye and she said bye."
  12. She looks incredibly rude.
  13. The Japanese act like he's the first Carlos to ever sneak across a border. They should've known he had it in him.
  14. Wife initiated last night. I was sleepy but you can't turn those down. That makes 5 times so far this year, off to a good start.
  15. That's some monkey's paw shit right there. Get an amount of money you could never dream of, only it costs you your child. It has to be the most hollow feeling. I don't know if I could ever allow myself to ever have a moment wher I could enjoy being so rich.
  16. LOL and Gruden played the team he himself left behind. Or do you think Bill Callahan is some coaching savant?
  17. Johnny Unitas says "Hold up a sec, kid. Think about this first!".
  18. My wife recently accepted a job in rural western Oklahoma, pop. 3000, so this hits close to home. The commute is 45 mins, so no need to move. I've talked to guy from the town once, he said they don't have any restaurants and have to drive into our town if they want to eat out. No thanks.
  19. All the Austin cops did say, "We could've had him any day We only let him slip away, Out of kindness, I suppose."
  20. We have Life360. My wife set it up so she'd get an alert whenever the kids entered or left a specific zone, be it work, school, their mother's house or home. Had to turn it off because the dogs would hear the alert and start freaking out because they thought one of the kids had arrived at the house, only to be let down because she'd actually gone to her mother's instead.
  21. I've been looking at the bakflip as well. I don't use the bed for hauling anything but I will use it for storage during road trips and want something I can lock up. I haven't seen anything thus far that I'd take over the bakflip.
  22. No shit. I get irritable after a dry week, a whole year would be insane.
  23. Well, duh! The police get that "advanced training". Can't expect a civilian to be at that level yet.
  24. Urb's been hanging out on the west coast, I don't think he has any desire to move to Oklahoma.
