M'fer!  bought some TSSI after a dip late march. Purchase price was around $9. Decided to sell some covered calls at the $12.50 strike expiring today to lower my cost a bit. If I would have known they were releasing earnings last night, I would have bought the calls back for less than a dime. For some reason in my options spreadsheet, I had their earnings next week. Nice fuckup, lulz.

Their revenue for Q1 ($100M) was up a tidy 530%. Their FY23 rev was $54M, FY 24 was $148M. Data center play that is growing like fucking crazy. I'll try and get back in once the price settles a bit (hopefully). Its one to keep an eye on.

HQ'd in Round Rock and pretty tightly coupled with Dell, I believe.

My new favorite stonk. I got back in at $12 a couple of days after my shares were called away mid-May due to the calls I had sold. Its also a fun one to fuck around with on short term options as it is commonly up or down 10+% in a day......sometimes both in the same day.

The LA Lakers are being sold for $10 billion. Patrick Soon-Shiong, majority stockholder in IBRX, owns 4.5% of the team, a stake he bought from Magic Johnson for $27 million.  His part of today’s sale would be $450 million….just in case IBRX needs any more cash, although with the Saudis on board, that shouldn’t be an issue.  And the Saudis said they want BIOSHIELD available for patients in Saudi Arabia, the Middle East, and Africa in 90 days and that announcement was 19 days ago.  It’s not coincidental the FDA gave IBRX the EAP approval for BIOSHIELD 5 days after the Saudi announcement.  In 2008, PSS sold a biopharma called APP Pharmaceutical in which he had 80% ownership to Fresenius Kabi for $4.6 billion.  Whether it’s an investment in the LA Lakers or a biopharmaceutical company, Patrick Soon-Shiong knows a good deal.  The last time I looked, PSS and affiliates ownership interest in IBRX was 72%.
