I guess folks don't remember him pretty much being the offense his junior year here.

This is the Bijan cut. This is a position he purposely gets his body into to make defenders look silly. It's just an incredible athletic move, you could silhouette these and immediately know it's Bijan. The one and only.

I went to check his stats and 3 years at Texas, it says he caught a total of 60 passes for 805 yards. And this is against Big 12 defenses.

3 years in Atlanta against NFL defenses, he has 195 catches for over 1700 yards.

I'm not going to pretend to remember all the circumstances in his seasons here but that's ridiculous to only utilize him that much in the pass game. I think this is where so much of his value comes from. You dump it off to him and his YAC will do the rest. He's like CMC in that regard.

He’s also played in 20 more games than he did at Texas in the NFL but even then, his 31 game at Texas scaling up to 50 games is 95 catches, 1290 yards, 13 TD. Which isn’t bad

Bijan Robinson Wreaks Havoc on Fantasy Football Title Gam...

Hopefully Bijan was on your fantasy team for his Monday night performance.

I know i screamed out NOOOOOO! when Bijan broke free.

Happy for Bijan. Not happy with my second place Fantasy finish.

And that was without anyone blocking for him.

Part of the challenge of being a college coach is not running the tread off the tires of a great running back like Bijan. Sark protected Bijan's touches, Mack Brown with Ricky.. not so much.

I still feel he could have caught 5-6 passes a game with ease. With your scale up, 50 games at 95 catches is less than 2 catches a game. That is wildly underutilized. Especially at that level playing against college defenses every week.

But either way, happy for him and hope he gets the hell out of Atlanta. They have had no real direction since their Super Bowl season. Well, they did make the divisional round the next season but since then, not even one playoff appearance. They brought in Cousins to stabilize the offense and turn around and draft an iffy QB at the 8th overall pick, a guy with an extensive injury list and frankly, just isn't that great of a QB. Especially not for an 8th pick. That immediately ruffled the feathers of Cousins. Just more evidence the Falcons are a terribly ran organization. They used a ton of capital on Cousins and Penix and still don't have a reliable QB that can lead them anywhere. They are right back where they were before, looking for a QB.

Bijan is going to waste away in Atlanta liked Saqan did in NYG, another badly ran franchise since their Super Bowl over a decade ago. They wasted his talent there because they had no idea how to build around him. Goes to Philly and boom, instant success with a ring.

Curious to see how Atlanta and Bijan's team handle this upcoming 2nd contract.

imagine scouting bijan robinson and deciding that the knock on him is that he “isn’t dynamic enough”. what was that guy’s evaluation of VY? not athletic enough?

Drafting Penix, particularly after giving Cousins a massive contract, is one of the stupidest decisions I've ever seen an NFL team make.

Pretty sure there's a Steve Sarkisian meme for this floating around here someplace.

Don’t forget to factor in the fuckery what was Tom Herman’s inability to even try getting him the ball which is how this whole thread started. That 31 game number is probably closer to 24.

Another interesting stat that puts him in a unique category.

Well he got 95 of them on the 93 yard td run. That helps.

Somebody give me a GOOD reason why he's not in the MVP conversation.

He plays for the Falcons.

It is definitely THE reason.

The fucking Falcons are the ONLY reason Tommy Nobis isn't in the HoF. Longhorn fans should hate that franchise.

It's a reason. Another reason is he's a running back.

NFL MVP 🤝 Heisman

Must be a QB

I'm not talking about winning the MVP. Just being in the conversation.
