She literally called me a child

I literally didn't, in any usage of the word 'literally.'

Determining sex is easy and a Kindergarten Cop gif can tell you the answer. Determining gender is apparently a social construct, but I read a bunch of posts saying it’s actually up to the individual and not society.

How do we “reprogram” that messaging for it to be more palatable to men and women we know are more liberal than the generations before them, but don’t identify with the Democratic Party?

I have no children around me so you’ll have to tell me *eyeroll* *snaps fingers*

Stassney felt something funny in his pants when he saw a trans woman and now we’ve all got to deal with his anxiety over it, apparently.

Look, more deflection.

I’m not wrong this is just my best troll yet. I’ve got an LGBTQ member getting sassy and demanding someone answer what a woman is today.

I don't really care what you think a woman is.  I am vaguely curious as to why someone thinks this is an issue that affects them (in a negative way) beyond certain sporting competitions that can be dealt with my local sports organizations or school districts.

Or are we in the land of "if just one person might regret the medical decisions they made ten years ago, then no one has the right to make any medical decisions"

Or is it just fear based stupidity that you think needs to be politically addressed, because "votes"?

Are the Dems being stupid if they don't appeal to racists?  Is there a line.

I'm generally big tent.  I just don't think racists and trans-fear mongers need to be let in or catered to.

This is a good thread on avoiding the “waste, fraud, and abuse” trapdoor. This rhetoric mostly is pumped actively by the GOP but Dems don’t push back, because who can be “for” eliminating waste, fraud, and abuse”

The problem is that in a generally functioning first world state, it’s small potatoes.  You end up either cutting core functions or not saving money and often both. The place to focus is on the appropriations side, and that’s the side no incumbent wants to touch.

A coherent class warfare strategy should be implemented starting with the Unions but the DNC will need to cut ties with the Billionaire class which isn't happening so I guess start finding outside groups to target.

Well, judging by the number of billionaires queuing up to nuzzle Trumps cock and balls, I'd say the billionaire class will take care of that issue for the dems.
