Luckily it only lasted a day. Im out of here as soon as the mesna bag finishes up.

Yes having to go to the ER plus 4 days extra hospital time on top of 5 days every 2 two weeks is brutal to the psyche. I told the Dr this is no way to live. He said its the only way if you want to get through this.

I haven't even had surgery yet so I'll quit my whining. Ive been lucky with this shit so far.

@MissingInAction, maybe stop thinking about "having" to go to the ER, and realize you are "getting" to go to the ER.

Me I am waiting to go to the dermatologist on the 11th to see if this mole under my right eye that is growing into an imbedded Mango worm is something harmless that they slash off, or another wandering-kidney-cell-tumor-growin-out-my-face that they slash off. A few years ago I woulda Lost My Damn Mind thinkin about it, now it's "take a number, buddy."

If there must be a scar, I am hoping for a Charlton Heston El Cid battle-scar scar.

I got a few Longhorn Cameos from friends/family - this one from Dicker takes the cake. Sorry in advance if this shows up as just a link instead of the video being embedded…I am terrible at the Internet.

I saw that recently after about 50 years.   There are several scenes that seem extremely slow with the music waxing and waning elegantly while Sophia Lauren gazed serenely standing on a stairway or something - and I realized that anyone watching it on their TV today would have no idea the entire purpose was to allow wide screen Cinemascope to convey an image of grandeur that is completely lost on a small screen.

Also, cinema aficionados agree that Sophia Lauren had great tits.

RD, when people ask you about it, you could also mumble some barely intelligible comment about “Heidelberg” and “epee”…

Sophia Lauren was quite the vision in her day.
