  1. Past hour
  2. Did you think aTm was our biggest game last year? Arkansas? Even Oklahoma? Were those games more important than GA, GA, Clemson, ASU or Ohio State? rivalries are great, but let’s not pretend beating a crippled Florida State is as big a game as potentially #1 coming into your house in a conference matchup.
  3. You think Texas is Florida’s biggest game? Okie dokie. Would Texas make Florida fan’s top 5 most hated opponents this season? The competition is fierce. LSU, Miami, Georgia, Tennessee, and Florida State.
  4. You're citing a pre-trump47 article to tell me how what trump47 is doing is bi-partisan, just FYI. Reframing a grant as a stock purchase is some pretty rancid deal rewriting mid flight. https://www.business-standard.com/world-news/trump-admin-in-talks-to-take-10-stake-in-intel-via-chips-act-grants-125081900100_1.html Beyond Intel, the White House official also floated the possibility that the administration could convert other Chips Act awards into equity stakes. It’s not clear whether that idea has gained traction broadly within the administration or whether officials have broached the possibility with any companies that could be affected. It's going to sour any business from taking grant money for fear of it turning out to be a baited hook. The feds operating with such dishonesty is bad for business.
  5. Don't make a shit if Lagway's hurt again. If he plays, it should be a very good game. If not, Gators will be roadkill again.
  6. Yup, no disrespect to the Horns, but you guys might be 4-5th Gawga, Miami, FSU, 10rc. I hope you guys get our best shot, hope it's a raucous affair, experience the Swamp when it's rocking.
  7. Florida also had like 15 players hurt at the time as well.
  8. I like this guy. This is what I mean about being centrist but not moderate, as in strong positions about shit that matters for a majority in a way that resonates with them.
  9. Doering was talking about the Texas game in an interview on OffCampus on XM 84 a week or so ago. He said that the game last year was the low point in the season and an embarrassment to the Florida program. Napier heard about it from the admin before they got back on the plane and he heard about it from anyone who would see him until they went on their win streak. They've been pointing at this game from the end of bowl season and this is apparently the hottest ticket in Gainesville since Doering or anyone else can remember.
  10. Wow...yikes…neckbeard abruptly retiring fucked that franchise completely.
  11. This is just wrong. The Cocktail Party is the most important game on their schedule for a bunch of reasons. We're just a "standard" really big home game.
  12. I don’t even what to imagine what kind of 18 year old boy sees that photo and says “thars the place for me.” This place has to be overwhelmingly dudes, right?
  13. I guess y'all are right. I'm predisposed to taking aggies seriously when they're doing idiotic shit.
  14. I love Popeyes too, but their chicken wings are ass. They’re only an option when I’m Elvis level constipated.
  15. They were flat out embarrassed. Which certainly means we'll see a different UF this year. They certainly have it circled as the #1 most important game on their schedule. Even more so if Texas goes in #1. And it's not like we don't know we're every teams Super Bowl. I don't think Texas goes in lacking focusness, but every team plays better at home than on the road. When that plane lands in Gainesville, our players better have veins full of piss and vinegar.
  16. With the starters it would be pathetic. With the walk-ons, it’s just self aware comedy
  17. I'd probably suck your dick if you served me a spread like that. Well not really but I'd do the dishes. Maybe give you a back rub.
  18. yeah i watched juice after NJC and it held up waaaaaay better. and it reminded me that tupac shakur was really just a brilliant theater kid who could have been a superstar actor (which you could argue is exactly what he was with his rap persona) has he not become one of the most famous musical artists of all time. quick bio for those who don’t know: tupac was a sensitive theater kid from nyc before he moved to the bay area as a teenager. that’s where he was really influenced to start rapping. it wasn’t until he got involved with death row that he started claiming LA, as well as his ultimate hang banger persona. his life was like the ultimate character acting.
  19. locodos

    Florida Gators

    meh, we're used to it.
  20. Newsom got the game on lock right now.
  21. Notsuoh remains one of the best bars in Texas, if not the world
