Texas Football 2025 Fall Camp - Kicking the Sonofabitch In

Any list without Simmons is going to look silly at the end of the year. It really makes me laugh that Stowers has developed into such a good player. -

also true. didn't want to lose the thread of this topic, but complaints about the difficulties of facilities you have to deal with in Eanes is something you should keep to yourself. -
Tottenham Hotspur 2025-26: For a Few Trophies More

Yup,I thought about this some during the Son departure day and looking at the roster that's left. Other than Davies, no other player was on the roster pre 2021. I started following this club around 2011, right at the end of the Gareth Bale era. Right into the Kane/Son/Poch era of Spurs having some of the best players in the league at their position and consistently competing for top 4. What a time to be a Spurs fan! As much as we really haven't been that team for a while now, with Son's departure, it really does feel like turning to a new chapter. With all of the youth in the team right now, hopefully this chapter gets to its peak over the next 2-3 years and stays for a while. -

Still good. Except as Brisket pointed out, Chamberlain at least had honourable intentions.

I'll be here to eat my crow if proven otherwise, but the last 3 years we've watched opposing defenses sit on everything within 10 of the LOS with no running/scrambling threat at the QB position. Prepare for a Sark offense that is fully operational. -
Yep but that’s nine future GOP voters

They already message on these points. It also comes down to her being a black female. That was a pretty big part of Kamala’s platform whether she invited it or not.

If the only thing you could run was your mouth, you’d run it all day long as well. It’s the only exercise those rubes can get. -

He might still end up in College Station, but that's a kid that currently regrets his decision. -
I wouldn’t let Mcculers pitch for Austin High. Soft ass punk. Three odd weeks for a fucking blister.

With Burton caping for Alan Jagson, I'm officially a believer. I look forward to watching him moss Caleb Downs for a 35 yard TD pass in Columbus and celebrate with an air guitar. -

All of the discussion above is ripped from the pages of "DUH! A Journal of the Obvious." Potatoes. Some whole/natural fat. Salt. None of those three things are bad for you....in moderation. In fact, all three are a valid part of a decent diet (seriously, potatoes -- a source of easy calories, that can be grown in cooler climates, are legitimately responsible for population growth and stability in northern europe since the Columbian exchange). But we have known the rule since the Oracle at Delphi: nothing in excess. And Americans as a whole eat french fried potatoes to excess. As I've gotten older, I've found that an occasional order of fries -- size small -- is more than enough. Hell, for one, after about 3-5 minutes, the typical fry loses it's fresh-out-of-the fryer luster. But those first 10-12 fries, especially if fried in beef fat or duck fat, are glorious. A good, real-deal english chip, crispy outside and fluffy inside, amazing. So, cool. Enjoy them. Every once in a while. That's not what we do. We eat an estimated 17 lbs of fries per person per year, and trust me, some folks are doing the work to keep that average up while others hardly eat fries. Food dyes aren't what's killing us (even though they're not good for us). French fries cooked in seed oils aren't what's killing us. Eating too much shitty food, including those things, is what's killing us. Eat whole foods. Eat a relatively balanced diet, including real vegetables and fruit. But....where's the profit in that? And it should be obvious by now, the only motive for any policy we have is profit, and particularly profit to the favored (those who have cozied up to the regime). Look at any policy, see who benefits, and you'll realize that not only are they not looking out for you, they intend only to make money off of you, damn what it does to you.

I am sorry, but I’m going to have to say out loud what all of us are thinking- if there is one thing that we know about winning football at Tech, it’s that Texas Tech does not know one goddamned thing about winning football. If Tech did, then at least once in the last 100 years it would have had a great team. It is remarkable that in a state where small fucked up private schools find their way to major bowl games, Tech hasn’t been to one since a four way tie in ‘94 allowed it to get soanked by a shitty Trojan team. Rice has a better football history than Tech. Tech’s floor and ceiling is like that crazy room in “Being John Malkovich”. But, that’s fine. Carry on with explaining to us how Tech is going about building a winning program. I’m sure y’all have it all figured out.
