Generally speaking, that's probably a disfavored argument in the courts: "I'm damaged goods now, no one will hire me." Courts hear that general species of argument in many contexts, trying to overinflate damages, and probably tend to be skeptical. But the bigger shit show the institution makes of it the more traction that gets.

U.S. Beef Industry in absolute crisis

I think I finally get why aggy are so into meat judging. It's a code, right? -
As stated in the post, unless there is some clause of the contract, variously called a "buyout," "guarantee," "liquidated damages," or whatever that specifies what happens if the institution terminates the contract without cause. Jimbo's contract apparently stated that he received 100% of his compensation due under the contract, regardless.

I would be the most thankful person ever, at levels that have never been seen, with tears in my eyes, if someone came up to me today and said “sir, he’s dead.”

Aggie Defense is Meh. Problem is ours went from really good to piss poor once Fla exposed our weaknesses in coverage and scheme. Littleton goes from Freshman AA against OSU to another guy out there? Our safeties all and i mean all of them turn to suck in mid season? #5 was picked on all last year is now Revis Island? Gotta be the coaching and the scheme

Stern but fair.

My friend’s son went to his first bonfire 🔥 he was a decent distance away but nonetheless an ember landed on his head and burnt a quarter size chunk of hair and left a bald spot and a blister as a parting gift. aggy offering their sacrifice to the pagan football gods.

I suspect most of us, at some point in our lives, have had a female companion with an excessive need for attention, often exacerbated by slight over-indulgence in alcohol. What is needed is a place of her own, preferably with a lock on the outside. Failing that, we have to be able to restrain an occasional physical attack without undue force. Unfortunately for some of us, we may find ourselves in a likewise state of slight over-indulgence, and if our companion is a large, strong person, we may encounter an exchange of bruises, scrapes, and scratches. Honestly, I believe his initial statement was probably pretty damned close to the truth, namely that he was reading something, she demanded attention, he failed to respond and kept reading, she snatched (so to speak) his reading glasses from his face and broke them, which pushed him over the edge, A few slaps were exchanged, she called 911 (often a Bad Idea absent a life-and-death situation). One of the responding officers told her they could arrest him if she was - oh, I dunno, being strangled? She went with that, the cops pretended to believe it, and here we are. I still feel that Beard could have salvaged things by apologizing most sincerelyto Randi, the fans, his players, the school... errybody. And then seeking and performing anger management training. But he didn't. And here we are.

This is a common issue with teams that haven't played together much, especially when there's no clear No. 1 PG to reliably get into the paint and distribute the ball. You're going to rely on a few guys getting hot enough long enough to score 80-plus points and then hope you can scramble to a W. We should improve on D and the boards as guys settle into their roles. Of course, in SEC play the overall level of competition also will ramp up, which might hide any improvement we make this season. I'm just glad there's enough overall ability on the roster to build on. Despite the collapse against ASU, it's been a better beginning than I expected.

agree with all of this. crazy that we hit 16 threes at a 50% clip and still had to hold off nc state. that was some penders era ball there. and mark- my god. it was like he was point shaving last night. what the hell has happened to him?

I feel like BK has set himself up well based on the arguments that the actions of LSU up until this point has made it difficult for him to seek equivalent employment.

What is the over/under if aggy loses to Texas and does not make the SEC conference championship game, that they put a SEC conference championship designation on their stadium for this season? I set the bar at 100%. Prove me wrong.

I'm not worried about this team putting up points. They need to be better on defense.

Watching the Weather Channel this morning it looks like the midwest and Great Lakes area are taking a wallop. 3" - 10" of snow and high winds. Nothing like some white knuckle driving to get to the family feast. Meanwhile I've got an unnecessary fire going just so the cat can look cute sleeping in front of it.

That was my feeling. I hate to be a pessimist, but if we are shooting the way we did last night, it should be a 25 point win, not struggling to close a team out. Does anybody have the +/- numbers? Tramon Mark’s had to be atrocious last night. Weaver and Wilcher should be getting all of his minutes until he figures things out.

Unfortunately no The British have their own methods and they don't use tangs. The sending unit is not a fuel pump but a float to send a signal to the fuel gauge. The fuel pump is behind the passenger seat. (In college I once drove home whacking it every few minutes for 200 miles). They just used old fashioned cork gaskets. Which actually work or the new fuel resistant viton gaskets. Which makes it frustrating since there are not many places to leak. I sealed the screw holes so I guess the next step is try again. The real issue is I can't really see where the leak is - so it is harder to repair.
