Well Written Content OU Football 2025 - League Average & Loving It

Good sir, I will have you know that Massachussetts is in the MAC. They are FBS G5. OU should fucking pummel Temple, but they should have fucking pummeled that FCS team they played in week one as well. -
I guess I’ll have to get rid of my Clinton merchandising, Bible, hat, bumper sticker, and life sized cut out. Oh noes….

Singapore is great. Hot and humid but there is good public transit that is faster than sitting in traffic. The airport is probably the best in the world. Make sure to visit hawker stalls for pretty much every meal and get great food.

Early in the video, as she’s yelling, “Back up, back up!” J.J. Twat ever briefly makes a pistol-like gesture with her hand, which is a bad idea in L.A. Later, I think she actually flings some of her blood at her chubby main antagonist, Rams #30 (Todd Burly?). And later, as her face looks worse than Henry Cooper’s ever did against Ali, her husband/significant other never shows one second of concern, which tells me this behavior is absolutely nothing new.

Why is the younger generation so intolerant?
atomheartbevo replied to hornian's topic in Daily Texan
We can blame our parents, but I can point to the fact that the fringe political movements in America (on both sides) over the last 50 years have always drawn heavily from the college crowd. Because they don’t know any better, and they read a little Ayn Rand or whoever, and whatever is read on the left, and think that they are enlightened and that is their world view. But there are also sheltered people (probably some overlap and college freaks them out) who maintain dumb beliefs that were passed down to them. I’ve had somebody I went to high school with claims there were no gay or lesbian students when we were there. Me pointing out several people in the LBGTQ crowd in our class, and that I went to two same-sex marriages of classmates of ours doesn’t change their thinking - because “they weren’t gay back then”. -
any pointless Texas argument about anything on this board(non sports and lulz and thangs) is covered in a simple movie - called.....the life of brian. google it. Jesus even makes a cameo!

are we even allowed to allege that young people are intolerant? I think that is at least a micro aggression? maybe, gasp, a macro?

I have 2 siblings, early Millennials, who work in education. One in HS ed and one in college. They both say the youngs' dumbassery bottomed out 5-8 years ago. Plenty of kids today have their acts together, example being college graduation. Many of them take college classes in HS and put themselves on track to graduate college in less than 4 years. Big contrast with the 90's gen that was on the 5 year plan.

I mean, you can, literally, quote me on that.

You boat for Donald Trump, and he will boat for you (and all your brown relatives) too! -
My daughter (no pics) worked for 8 weeks the summer after her sophomore year in Malaysia (KL) and Bali (each for about 4 weeks). Pretty sure she would tell you she enjoyed KL more than Bali. She likes big cities and there was a lot to do there. She also took a weekend flight down to Singapore and loved that and wants to return. Also did a weekend up on George Town Island and thought that was great.

I have lived all over. I chose to live in Texas because we are actually trying to work this shit out and we are winning. well, The University of Texas is winning - that is because we only allow the best and the brightest to even apply to our school. fuck Aggy, fuck everyone.

True and I think he's trying to adapt the offense to Arch.

Maybe the best Seinfeld episode. Also, Seinfeld has apparently gone off the deep end in recent years. -
I don't think they are equivalent in general, but I don't discount the danger of tankie leftist silencing of dissent. Seriously, see the reference to "denunciations" in the Soviet system. It's a dangerous approach, if left to its own devices so it can reach its natural end. Yes, the resistance from the "left" today in response to hard-right government-backed attacks is mostly about standing up for the weak against attacks meant to harm them. But historical hard-left "denunciations" and where they tried to go here (and successfully did in many other countries) is dangerous. Here's a hint: authoritarian crushing of any dissenting ideas is almost always a bad thing. IDGAF if you are a left authoritarian or a right authoritarian. Shitting on academic freedom and liberty, and inevitably personal freedom and liberty, is bad. Except we live in a moment where it is now government policy, and is cheered as good. In fact, it is cheered as the only good thing out there. The only good thing happening in society right now is....owning and silencing and punishing the opposition. That's pretty fucky, and really bad for us.

Action movies.

Clinton also hasn’t been our president since years before Arch Manning was born. The stupid…. some days it hurts more than others.

going off memory I believe the range was like 61-65. Lot better than Stroh, but still not good. that is SJSU OL – Trevor Goosby, 82.7. Cole Huston, 47.4, Connor Robertson, 77.0, Nate Kibble, 72.6, Jaydon Chatman, 65.9, DJ Campbell, 64.3, Neto Umeozulu, 61.7, Brandon Baker, 59.1, Connor Stroh, 47.6

Jeffrey Epstein needs his own thread

Franken Trump Syndrome. It's binary thinking MAGA inadvertently illustrating that Democrats are significantly more likely to investigate and punish wrongdoing than their party that ran on Drain The Swamp, and specifically in this case, opening the Epstein files which they whiplashed a 180 on once they got into power without ever offering an explanation as to why.
