Texas Recruiting Notes 2026: Boulevard of Broken Bagmen
Wulaw Horn replied to texifornia's topic in 🤫$9.95🤫
Yes. I'd rather go spread early and try to throw or QB draw in, or normal formation and zone read than go jumbo, personally. And yes the fade route needs to be killed with fire down there. Shovel pass also seems like it ought to work pretty often and be a decent constraint play if your wide receivers can't win in a small space regularly in the end zone. RB flairs. Seems like if Arch can be helpful we can run a lot more normal offense and it shouldn't be a big problem. Quinn's immobility and our OL being better at pass blocking in than run blocking was the main problem, imo, down there. Will be interesting to see what personnel differences do to this issue. -
Story said Muschamp out at jawja... https://footballscoop.com/2025/07/14/will-muschamp-no-longer-georgia-football-coaching-staff Then Kirby's update... Tuesday Update: Kirby Smart says Will Muschamp is still assisting with Georgia in an off-field capacity while tossing his SID under the bus. “Will is still with us. He’s still going to help us," he told Georgia Bulldogs on SI. "I guess Leland left him off the media guide, yall gonna have to take that up with him."

There are two possibilities: 1. The information is so damning for all in involved that no one wants to produce the details of the investigation. 2. The investigation produced nothing outside of the need to jail Epstein and Maxwell ( which is also what Trump is saying once you dig past the hoax nonsense). That outcome is preferable to believing that our elites, power brokers and celebs aren’t debauched assholes sexually abusing minors. It is difficult to believe that the DOJ’s investigation has produced nothing of consequence 6 years after Epstein was arrested. You might be able to pull the “its standard procedure to not reveal any information during an investigation” in year one, two or three. 6 years later, 5 and a half years to Trump’s second inauguration, and nothing? Zilch? Nada? It is no stretch at all to assume the Biden Administration and any department under it was capable of fucking anything up btw. Yes, I can see “performative BS” has stuck in your craw. So much so that you’re not even trying to deny the Dems are using it. Making no issue of this at all, or even trying to counter it in anyway while the Trump campaign at least loudly hinted about pursuing it, is the Dems failure. Making a stink about it now that it’s politically expedient to stage a vote in Congress that they knew they were going to lose is the definition of performative. Showing any hint of caring about this before the recent vote might have assuaged such accusations, but the Dems gave no fucks about it, and now are trying to hide behind DOJ procedure. How many times has Ro Khana taken to the House floor to push for the release of the Epstein files once the investigation was complete in the last year? Two years? I have a sneaking suspicion the answer is pretty close to zero. As in zero fucks given. You can take your “both sides” BS back to your house of worship in the CR. There should be only one side you care about when it comes to child predators. Instead you’re trying scoreboard BS because you don’t actually give a fuck about it other than a way for “Yay team” to advance itself politically.

This is some Grade A Weird-Ass White Knighting. How do you not understand that this is a justifiable case of FAFO? First, he’s a rich CEO in an increasingly exploitative capitalist system. Everyone enjoys seeing the privileged elite fall on their faces. Second, she’s an HR executive. She should know better than to date her boss. Everyone loves exposing a hypocrite. Third, they’re cheating on at least one spouse. In full public view. That’s on them. Nobody forced him to grope his mistress in public.

Run the naked bootleg and in the rare chance that it doesn't work... run it again! -
Well it's just nice that he's doing something with his wealth and fame to help people. Edit: No wait, he's just profiting off of and trying to increase the number of the thing that kills more US children than anything else.

Well, at very least the small government bootstrap disciples are using this tragedy to pause and reassess their dogma. https://www.mysanantonio.com/news/hill-country/article/kerr-county-flood-tax-rate-20773769.php

explosion at L.A. Sheriff's facility. At least 3 cops dead
aggie08 replied to Gil Bang's topic in Daily Texan
Not buying that. They found ordnance on Thursday with the capability for serious damage, and they took it back to "base" with them, rather than detonate in place? Still have my money on a training accident. -
Boobert said in an interview in the past few days that there needs to a special counsel brought on to investigate the Epstein shit. She suggested Gaetz.

⬆ Did Shane Lowry cause his ball to move? That's the question that remained immediately unanswered after Lowry's ball moved ever so slightly after a practice swing on his second shot at No. 11. British Open: Shane Lowry in middle of golf rules conundrum Lowry doesn't appear to be aware that his ball moved, and the only reason anyone saw it is because of technology. If it's determined that Lowry caused the ball to move, it would result in a 1-stroke penalty. A rules official on USA Network wasn't sure if it was, in fact, Lowry who caused the ball to move or if it moved on its own, and really, how does one determine this with 100-percent certainty? Does it look like Lowry caused the ball to move? Probably. But again, can anyone say this with absolute certainty? As of now, Lowry carded a bogey 5 on the hole. That has him at -1 for the tournament ... for now. Will he be assessed a penalty? That's yet to be determined as the R&A is still reviewing the footage.

Something I just thought about a week after seeing this... Was there a scene with a Clark shirt rip/change into Superman? I do not recall one. That's like the most iconic Superman thing there is. Kind of weird.

Yes in some cases they "re-skinned" actual F1 race cars from actual races and digitally overwrote the image with their fake team's livery. Also, at many tracks they also ran their fake team's real cars during breaks in the action between practice sessions or qualifying, to get scenes with their cars and drivers on the actual tracks in real time. And then a couple of times, they actually pulled up their fake team's real cars to the back of the grid at the start of an actual F1 race, to get some establishing shots and some footage of their cars taking off at the same time as the other real, actual F1 cars. In those cases their fake cars peeled off at some point during the first lap, so as not to interfere with the actual racecars running the real race. If you noticed, the Apex team was almost always starting in the final two places on the grid. That's because they wanted them to be filmed on the grid in real life without interfering, but it also worked for the plot of the movie because, in fact, their cars were supposed to be quite crappy until their upgrades arrived late in the season, and they would have been qualifying poorly, anyway. Anyway, completely agree they did some creative and innovative things with both sound and cameras, and they should be nominated for a lot of awards.

I'm sure the CC companies, Apple Pay, etc. are doing that in the the background but giving that type of data to Google, Amazon or Grok could lead to some interesting targeted marketing. -

Epstein files update (there are no Epstein files)
Dutchrudder replied to Gil Bang's topic in Cloak Room
Imagine the alternative universe where Matt Gaetz is AG and he's the one running point on all this Epstein stuff. I bet he would have said some interesting stuff about it. He would be constantly attacked for his underage trafficking investigation too, which would make this even more entertaining. -
I’m not saying this list is bad but Tre Wisner is first team RB for the entire conference when he’s not even first team RB for his own team.
