  5. Well had my 20 days in Port A and back in Austin. With two redfish limits pulled out of the Fish pass Jetty, and getting Redfish catch cooked at La Playa, and the Trout and Flounder cooked at Kody's. Outside of watching the disaster of the Florida game, the trip was as usual, relaxing and awesome. But here are a couple pics from the trip Sunrise from beach in front of IB MaGee looking at jetty 20 inch trout converted to Garlic Fish at Kody's Edwin the owner of Kody's asked my how big my flounder was. I said pretty big (21 inches) and he said he would make us something special if we brought it back in the evening. Pic is crap as my camera was still damp and fogged. But he basically wrapped a crab cake, with flounder filets, tossed it int eh broiler and then hit it with a white wine sauce. Charged us 14 each for the fish cook, and for a single crab cake. Having my fish cooked by Kody's and La Playa is one of my real pleasures in Port A! Anyhow see ya soon Port A! Tight lines, good meals, and a good buzz!
  6. We are headed to be more of a governor rolls over ad kinda uni
  7. Imagine coming in here trying to scold posters and calling them degenerate humans while your side is walking around with Nazi flags, kidnapping brown folk and tossing them in the back of unmarked vehicles headed to who knows were.
  8. I’ve read how GM is slowly removing Apple Car Play and Android whatever software support in upcoming model refreshes. I’m assuming the replacement will be a proprietary app feature that requires a subscription. They don’t even seem to bother making up a valid reason other than they just want to make the change.

  11. Generally, storefronts are up until Jan 3-5 or so. Some keep them up slightly longer. Rockefeller Tree usually leaves on the 5th.

    Brian Kelly to L$U

It's so the entire team can't portal out. You fire a coach when schools are all on break and your team will disintegrate overnight. In the middle of a semester, they can't go anywhere.
  13. Love the optimism, but it’s not at home. It’s at Mercedes-Benz stadium and will be 80% Georgia fans.
  14. Offenses have hurt Texas with TEs and crossing routes the last 2 weeks. Vandy has an NFL TE. They will be happy to take the underneath stuff. I don’t think Vandy has any crazy speed on the outside, so I don’t think the DBs will play as deep as last week. Vandy will use the same formula though. They will attack Guilbeau, Littleton, and the LBs with the passing game.
  15. Because in most worlds, the pressure comes from fast DEs and OLBs beating giant OTs, so two TEs protects the QB, helps in the run game, and provide anotger layer in the pass game.
  16. Beat the computers!
  17. They've got uniforms and everything. It's really great.
  18. Perkins is undisciplined and an inconsistent tackler. Athletic as hell, but Pavia ran him into blockers or used stutter steps and angles to get the yards he needed when scrambling.

  21. My 2 are very different too. Oldest is a superstar achiever. 99th percentile on any standardized test, straight A’s, and every teacher she has ever had gushes about what a kind, bright, lovable kid she is. Her Achilles heel is meltdowns when she gets overly tired, and I have not been able to get her interested in sports, but otherwise she’s pretty much the perfect kid. As a parent I feel a lot of pressure not to fuck her up or do anything that might prevent her from reaching her potential, but mostly I’m just always proud. #2 is a low achiever. For my part I feel like she’s very intelligent, but just a little quirky. She’s very articulate for her age, and she often picks up on things that only a kid with a high intellect would notice or understand. But she has zero motivation to perform, and she has a LOT of trouble staying on task. Carrot, stick, doesn’t matter, she doesn’t give a fuck. She recently scored in the 33rd percentile on reading and her teacher said she is regressing (teacher is a sweet kid but a dumbass so I take her opinion with a grain of salt). But then the next day we get an email that she performed well on the gifted and talented assessment. It feels like I fucked something up somewhere. I don’t have a career or any significant hobbies. I have poured everything I have into these kids and to see one not doing well is making feel like a failure or feel nihilistic. I anchor back to the fact that despite her quirks/struggles, she is an extremely thoughtful, kind, empathetic child, and is as adorable and lovable as Shirley temple, so it could be a LOT worse. But from time to time I’m tempted to just kind of give up and let her do what she’s going to do. Parenting is hard.
  22. This is not a good take. He had a top 5 and top 10 offense during his time in Atlanta. It didn't tank until 2020 which was Koetter's 2nd year and the year Quinn was let go.
