  1. Past hour
  2. I hope for Venezuela's sake, he doesn't see other countries' leaders mocking him.
  3. whoa. That's a real shocker. Michigan hasn't even made the NCAAs since 2021.
  4. I suppose you don't realize rather than refuting what I wrote you verify it. It's why we're on a train track instead of a road. Live it up in the box you've convinced yourself is a luxury car headed for paradise.
  5. Was talking politics with a part-time administrative assistant in our office yesterday. She's probably early 70's, from a tiny town in North Texas, lovely lady overall. Grew up Republican, considers herself an independent, pro-choice, votes in every election. She has no idea what's going on in this country. ICE and National Guard stuff, Hegseth meeting with military officials, why the government shut down, etc. She says she can't stand Fox News or MSNBC, she occasionally watches the Sunday morning shows. She doesn't like Trump but not an automatic opposition voter. Was just a reminder to me that so many people are checked out or not paying attention to anything.
  6. Keep using it if you don't think it's a pejorative. But I think most questions about why we can't have nice things can be answered by "Before right wingers...."
  7. Had a 6am flight this morning. Regular TSA line was about 45 min long. Pre-check looked about 30 min. Clear was 10 min.
  8. This fatty dude is either an imbecile or a troll. Either way, it doesn't seem worth it to give him the attention he wants. There's always gonna be willfully ignorant people in the world.
  9. This. And why? This.
  10. Those three are in my top ten for the year. Loved Shrouds.
  11. What year is it?

  13. Isn't Arizona a big failson/daughter school?
  14. Wouldn’t he have to finish undergrad first?
  15. And willfully ignorant.
  16. It's a very long list, but people actually believing that Trump had nothing to do with Project 2025--nor any inclination to implement it--was possibly the best example of how fucking stupid the American populace is. Including many fine posters on this website.
  17. UW "Honor and Support" uniforms to be worn later this month

  19. One of the Kyiv Independent journalists has her own YouTube series that's kind of an interesting look at various parts of Ukraine.
  20. Then you'd arrange the rest of the current P4ish into 8 team divisions like this Pacific: Washington, Wazzu, Ore St, Cal, Stanford, UCLA, AZ, ASU Southwest: Utah, BYU, CU, TTU, Baylor, TCU, SMU, Houston Great Plains: Nebraska, Kansas, Kansas State, Iowa, Iowa State, Mizzou, OK State Midwest: Illinois, NW, Indiana, Purdue, Cincy, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Mich State Northeast: Pitt, WVU, BC, CUse, Rutgers, Maryland, UVA, VA Tech Southern Coast: Clemson, Miami, NCSU, GA Tech, Duke, Wake, UNC, UCF Southeast: Ole Miss, Miss St, Vandy, South Carolina, Kentucky, Louisville, USF You play your division, division winners go to the playoffs, plus one at large, and your non-con is a rotating series of cross division games.
  21. Grade inflation? Per the webs, as an example, in the 90's only 12-13% of HS kids had a 3.5 GPA or higher, now it's 30+%.....yet ACT/SAT scores have stayed the same. Schools padding grades to look better.
  22. Yeah, but we've seen previously that Arch doesn't play well until he takes a hit. If that's what it takes to get him going, we should start with a designed QB run or RPO. Fingers crossed he doesn't get his bell rung.
  23. Aggie and ASU are also. Surprising. I guess Arizona's moving on up.
