  4. Lamar's attendance boundary is absolutely massive. The eastern edge of its boundary map could be changed to release some of its zoned students to any combination of O'Henry, Kealing, Webb, and Martin. That would bring down Lamar's over capacity issue. Which is called out on rubric with "School zone is too crowded". Lamar's cost per student in terms of Building & Operations is high and should be addressed longer term. I just don't see a scenario where Lamar is closed, particularly given its status as Fine Arts Academy, unless AISD decides to do away completely with the academy concept. I agree that "pain" is going to be distributed but I think that will come by major boundary zone changes, not by closing overcrowded schools on the west side. Though the Bryker Woods parents seem to be in full force to save their school from perceived threats of closure. Bryker Woods rubric score is identical to Gullett. So maybe I'm just not reading the tea leaves correctly.
  5. my reaction(s) to this entire chapter in this dystopia... i shoulda stayed in the caribbean
  6. I think that it has been demonstrated that there were clips of time missing from the footage.
  7. No, that’s what AI told me. I’ll wait for another source to see if the quoted viewership was right. I should have known better. I forgot that the B12 games ESPN sold were dumped on TNT, not CW.
  8. never heard of this entity before: https://www.nctconline.org/about/ anyone familiar with them?
  9. You asked "what is actually going on?" and got responses to that question. "what is the staff doing about it?" is a different question. Also, expecting the staff to comment on anything regarding Yips Manning's treatment is a level of naivete I wouldn't have otherwise attributed to you.
  10. Outfield throw vs infield throw He can throw hard in a straight line. He has no feel on any pass with an arch, short, medium, or deep. It’s like a chip shot follow-thru. Your instinct is to slow it down upon strike so you dont hit it too far. Same thing. Right now he’s throwing the football like I play golf. Not good.
  11. I can’t help myself sometimes but I turn over to clay Travis during lunch run to keep a finger on the outrage pulse… even these chucklefucks are calling the text msgs out as being totally off base
  12. Unfortunately, that has been the name of the game for Creighton this year PSU (0-3 sweep) - 19 hitting errors, only 8 PSU blocks. So 11 unforced errors Texas (0-3 sweep) - 23 hitting errors, only 8 Texas blocks. 15 unforced errors USC (0-3 sweep) - 25 hitting errors, only 10 USC blocks. 15 unforced errors Louisville (1-3 loss) - 22 hitting errors, only 6 Louisville blocks. 16 unforced errors Nebraska (2-3 loss) - 23 hitting errors, only 6.5 Nebraska blocks. 16.5 unforced efforts It's really hard to win or be competitive in a match if you are handing your opponents so many free points on hitting errors, especially double digit errors not caused by a block
  13. PM South Austin’s mom.
  14. And, although a .50 cal is highly likely to do really gross damage, anomalies happen.
