No joke, but I think AMYZF, finally, has a CEO who’s competent as the company’s trying to line themselves up for govt funding under the domestic production of critical minerals policy. Market seems to think today’s news is good (today’s press release is below).  AMY’s recycling process works.  The stock has gotten killed because of the drop in the price of lithium.  That oversupply ain’t gonna last forever and the demand for lithium, primarily due to the growth of EV’s and energy storage, will cause the lithium supply to struggle to keep pace, potentially leading to a significant shortfall in the coming years.

RecycLiCo Partners with Lucid to Strengthen North American Domestic Supply Chain for Critical Minerals and Metals

July 23, 2025 - Surrey, BC

RecycLiCo Battery Materials Inc. (“RecycLiCo” or the “Company”) (TSX.V: AMY | OTCQB: AMYZF | FSE: ID4), a critical minerals refining and lithium ion battery upcycling company, today announced that it, together with Lucid (NASDAQ: LCID) and other industry leaders has become a founding member of the Minerals for National Automotive Competitiveness Collaboration (MINAC), a partnership focused on accelerating the development and procurement of American-sourced critical mineral resources for use in automotive manufacturing by domestic automakers and Tier 1 suppliers. The other MINAC members are Alaska Energy Metals, Graphite One and Electric Metals.

The MINAC members will work together to:

  • Advance domestic mineral production through the completion of offtake agreements for American critical minerals for use in American automobiles;
  • Identify and resolve barriers, and accelerate commercialization and customer adoption;
  • Improve coordination between the mining and automotive sectors; and
  • Support the qualification and procurement of domestically produced materials by American automakers and Tier 1 suppliers.

The partnership recognizes the value of RecycLiCo’s advanced hydrometallurgical process to recover high-purity, battery-ready materials from newly-mined domestic ore, manufacturing scrap and end-of-life batteries and its potential contribution to onshore sourcing of essential materials and the establishment of a circular supply chain.

“The historic realignment of the global trading environment, together with governmental initiatives fostering reliance on domestic sources, has highlighted the need for the efficient recovery and refinement of critical minerals. This collaboration with Lucid and our other MINAC partners is a direct response to that need and will help us to validate and scale our technology and work closely with industry leaders,” said Richard Sadowsky, Chief Executive Officer of RecycLiCo.

As part of the collaboration’s launch, Mr. Sadowsky will join fellow MINAC members for a roundtable and event on July 23, 2025, in Washington, D.C. alongside Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs, Alaska Senator Dan Sullivan, and Representatives Begich (AK) and Biggs (AZ)

So are we thinking $10 or $20 by eoy?

Man, I like the cut of your jib.  AMYZF has a process that efficiently recovers battery-ready lithium, cobalt, nickel, and manganese from end-of-life batteries and manufacturing scrap, supporting energy storage and broader industrial applications. Their process actually works.  Ultimately, there will be increasing demand for the recovery of the critical mineral components of batteries in multiple countries that will require the kind of battery recycling AMY’s technology can deliver.  All it takes is one decent-sized contract and we’re off to the races.  I have 125,000 shares at a cost basis of .91, so either $10 or $20 by eoy and drinks are on me.  Richard Sadowsky has been AMY’s interim CEO since last March.  He’s a lawyer, consultant, and investment banker based in New York City and appears to be putting the company in position to actually start to make some fucking money.  He knows what the company has and, unlike his predecessors, knows what the hell to do to unlock shareholder value.  To date, this has been a bad ride, but the company has plenty of cash reserves coupled with a low spending rate.  So, we wait as the world continues to change.

UUUU sp jumped because they’re right in the middle of the rare earths game and our country (finally) is focused on reducing our dependence on foreign sources for REE.  Energy Fuels is also the largest U.S. uranium provider.  Big tech will need a >lot< of power for AI and nuclear power is the perfect match.  The stock is just beginning to move with all kinds of upside.  If you’ve held UUUU for some time (like me), perhaps, reconsider selling.  Don’t want you kicking yourself when UUUU sp is higher at the EOY.

I’ve been position trading UUUU for years, current average is $3.98. This ticker is still my most successfully traded stock.

Since I’m betting on uranium long-term, I’ve been rolling profits into URA, so I’m not tied to the performance of one company. However, I will hang on to some UUUU.

10k shares of UEC.   I bought it as a long-term uranium play expecting a more robust nuclear energy future. Probably because I worked in the nuclear power industry when I moved to Louisiana (before my completely accidental switch into law).

if I lose everything on this one that’s fine, but I’m not going to sell this unless I need money to move to a foreign country when I need hospice.

By then I think the shares will have increased to the point I can create a sex hospice chain catering to westerners that will keep my heirs  in moolah forever.

Got a ticker for that?

I looked and saw IBRX was up and I was like "shit I missed it". Then I read the press release about Anktiva getting approval in the UK for bladder cancer. OK cool and all that, but selling to the NHS to treat bladder cancer isn't going to move the revenue needle a whole lot. I studied the investor presentation, but the problem is the balance sheet. The are hemorrhaging cash and there is no clear roadmap to cash flow positive state, even if the product looks great it's years away I think. I would welcome a more detailed analysis than my back of the envelope calculation.

What kind of stonk discussion is this?

The only logical answer you need is, stonk go moon.

IBRX pre-announced 2nd quarter revenues this morning along with an $80mm registered direct offering.  THey were set to fully announce earnings in 2 weeks.  I'm thinking something very big is going to happen between now and then that is going to drastically change the current path.   Get ready boys....

Actually don't think I did that.  But I wasn't far off.  And I've averaged down over time like most others.  Feels like I'm throwing good money after bad.

I think they probably had to share some of that information with the institutional guys that were putting up the $80 million, so they needed to disclose it to everybody. It’s encouraging that since they got their J-code for billing and pricing, sales are up 246%.  This was a sales and regulatory update with the 8K regarding the institutional investment. There should still be a full earnings report in a few weeks.

There is a road to positive cash flow and earnings. The more approvals for more indications in more locations increase the opportunity. Increases in adoption once approved grows the revenues. One advantage is that the Quilt studies showed that Anktiva showed positive effects in a variety of cancers. So, you don't have to come up with a new drug for each. It also aids in additional approvals because Anktiva is already an approved drug.

Looks like this mornings revenue report was good and institutional investors putting $80 mill more into the company bodes well.

The Saudis wanted the Bio-Shield to be up and ready in 90 days if I recall. We should be at that 90 day target by late August. I remember Patrick on a podcast saying they wanted to be operational in 90 days and he was headed there the next week to work on getting stuff set up.

No, it’s not.

The Circle of Wise Ones has ruled that your life is now forfeit because of your heresy. Praise be IBRX!

That’s what ‘the world’ said when that investment group dropped tens of millions into ALPP

I know nothing about ALPP.  I do know Patrick Soon-Shiong has put over $500,000,000 of his own money into ImmunityBio.
