The state dept, who maintain law officer certifications, should publicly report which and how many law enforcement agencies each person has worked. I assume they’re told when someone is hired at a police or sheriffs dept.

the one Harris county constable mentions that he’s disgusted by the practice of officers frequently jumping jobs to avoid problems. I bet he has a few of them working for him at any given moment.

I made many trips to Coffee City and Kilgore back in the day. Haven't lived in Tyler since it went wet, but I bet its safe to assume traffic has decreased significantly along those routes.

Still have to drive for liquor, but there are liquor stores in all directions now.

Hmm. The one on the right, Constable Garcia, seems like an especially bad apple. Best solution would be to come down hard on her with the stiffest penalty possible. Perhaps she could be rehabilitated in SE Idaho. It's cold and snowy here, and the Mexican food sucks, so she'd surely see it as punishment. I am willing to oversee her recovery.

Aw, who am I kidding? She'd rather go to prison.
