We won’t score against Georgia…..Miss State will be a much harder game than this one…..we are in trouble.

Georgia is ass on defense. I have watched them. We will score 17-24 points. Probably wont be enough.

The fuck is wrong with yall? Quinn never looked like this ever.

100%, Ewers had his wtf throws where he would pass it to the other team a couple times a game, but other than that he was hitting open dudes and making smart plays. Probably checked down too much but at least he was progressing through reads and completing passes.

Last time i saw a UT offense that bad Bevo took a shit in the endzone… and even then we nearly doubled the # of 1st downs vs this game

UGA should have lost to UK last year in Lexington. Then, they beat a good Ole Miss team in Oxford last year too.

This is not nearly the same level talent UK team, but the coaching is similar.

Survive and advance and hope the team finds themselves while it can still have meaning.

texas performance today was completely unacceptable, because almost all of their wounds were self inflicted.  ridiculous mistakes, poor decision making, questionable playcalling, and just some utter incompetence.

that said, im not sure kentucky is quite as bad as people want to make them out to be.  last year they nearly beat georgia, vandy and tennessee, beat ole miss on the road, and even gave texas a bit of a challenge in austin.  earlier this year they gave ole miss a pretty big scare again.  they arent a great football team, but i dont think they are complete garbage as some are saying.  and texas is a young team still growing, with an inexperienced QB getting some solid tests in hostile road environments.  im curious to see if they grow from this, or crumble.

and tbh struggling against teams like this isnt exactly new territory for texas either.  lets not forget two years ago they were challenged pretty good by houston, tcu and iowa state, while losing a game they had no business losing to OU, but that season still turned out pretty solid.  even last year, the games against vandy, arkansas and kentucky were all much closer than they should have been.

this team isnt exactly looking like a championship contender, but if they improve as a talented young team should, they absolutely can still compete to play for the SEC championship and a playoff spot.

I think I would be really worried about Vandy if I was Texas.

If the Kentucky guy can move the ball and escape the pass rush. Think what Pavia and company will do.

How about the defensive player who celebrated tackling the runner in-bounds to keep the clock moving, but he didn't bother to really tackle the FMer and the guy got out of bounds. This is showboating. "I want to show the audience that I'm so engaged that I beat everyone else to signaling that great play to them. No goddamn awareness. Showboaters...

I actually think he did stop him in bounds. TV coverage was terrible.

If Sark had balls or an ounce of self-awareness he'd have fired Flood already and hired someone to fix the offense. Even Strong fired Watson. This team would be 2015 Texas if not for the defense and special teams.

Jfc we just struggled to score 16 points against fucking Kentucky of all teams and we got people saying we will score more on fucking Georgia. This board is fucked dumber than sark

In OT, why the fuck did we mess around with trying to run plays instead of just kicking the walkoff FG?

the refs even tried to save Stoops from his own stupidity with the holding call after calling ZERO holding all night.  Sark of course didn't see that coming and did what he did.

This thread and your post, without any mention of some sort of evil cabal, indicate that we are not in fact aggy.

Dude, he is missing wide open receivers, you are off your rocker. Quinn would look great in this offense.

Are you comparing him with the third-year Quinn? Quinn would have made the intermediate throws but he would also have been sacked many more times and would have missed some of the tight strikes that Arch did. What you're experiencing is the recency bias.

they will plan for pavia.  there was no reason to go out of their way to plan for boley to run like he did, before today he had a grand total of 2 yards on the season.

Dude, first year Quinn is better than Arch. Injured Quinn is better than Arch. Case McCoy is basically what Arch is.

Everybody plans for Pavia, but only Bama has beaten him and that was close at home for the Tide.

LSU was supposed to have an elite defense and could barely even slow Vandy down.

yeah, and I think ST and the defense are good for 7-10 points a game.

We will have to wait a week before we need to worry about Vandy…..they are good….we barely beat them last year, and they are better this year….and we are not.

That game was not as close as the score. We had a pick 6 wiped off the board and then they scored a garbage time TD.

This offense was MUCH worse than the Florida game. At least we moved the ball in that game. We have scored only 1 offensive touchdown in each of the last 2 games. Arch is atrocious. If Sark won’t bench him then he sucks too.

Sark sucks whether he benches him or not.

We dont get blown out by anyone. We would probably lose close, like we always do. We have an elite defense.

We got 21 against Florida and Kentucky both.

7 against OSU

23 against OU

What the fuck makes you confident we will get 17-24 against Georgia?

Wow, he sounds like a great QB. He must have been drafted in the first round, especially given his high school pedigree and success at Texas.

The difference is our quarterback now is absolutely garbage. Just awful. He is maybe half the player that Ewers was

They were on the field for 40 minutes of game time. And they were badass when it mattered most. They are elite
